The moment I entered, there was a warm atmosphere and I thought it was amazing.I didn't understand the foreign woman at the front desk either. The response was also sloppy. The hallways and rooms were not clean and felt old and dirty.I'll be looking at everyone's reviews later. . It became.I started to dislike the Livemax series. I can't stop anymore.

[At least my room is normal]If you have a sudden business trip, prioritize price and make a reservation on the same day. However, I was shocked when I saw the reviews on Google Maps later. I was shocked to see 1-star reviews and a message saying, ``If you see this, please do not book.''However, since the plan was non-cancellable, I hesitated until the last minute and decided to check in.The front desk is Asian. He speaks Japanese fluently and wears a tie, but his shirt is completely out of his pants and looks sloppy. As mentioned in the reviews, there was no strange smell at the front desk. However, there was a bucket in the hallway to prevent rain leaks, and there were stains on the carpet. The room was kept to a minimum level of cleaning and the smell was normal. The shower curtain was also fresh and white, as if it had just been replaced. White spots on the desk that look like dust are just scratches.Perhaps because I had read too many bad reviews beforehand, as a business hotel it was much better than the hotels in Kabukicho. However, I stayed at Agoda for the lowest price of 10,000 yen that day, but I feel that anything over 10,000 yen or 4,000 yen is not worth the price. The location is close to Toyosu Station and easy to use.

The hotel is dirty, smelly, and has no hot water. I will never stay there again. The front staff can't even speak Japanese. The auto-lock style room key is very difficult to use and frustrating.

After checking in, when I returned from going out,The equipment in the room was in a different state than before I left, soWe have made inquiries, but no one has entered the room. It ended with the answer. It's really scary because it hasn't been established as a hotel operation.I don't want to be involved with it anymore, so I won't use it.I don't usually post, but I'm going to post because I hope it will be helpful to users. The room wasn't as bad as other posts.I used it because it was convenient, but I am disappointed.

I made a reservation without looking at the reviews, but as soon as I entered the room, symptoms of house dust started appearing, and when I looked around, I was surprised to see that the room was covered in dust. When I read the reviews, other guests also wrote about how dirty the rooms were, so I thought it was the best. It was convenient because it was close to Toyosu Station, but everywhere you looked there was dust everywhere. When it comes to air purifiers, you probably haven't cleaned the filters in several months. The situation was such that I thought there was no point in using an air purifier. The inside of the air conditioner was also full of mold, and it was hot without the air conditioner on, so I turned it on even though it felt uncomfortable. The window directly above the bed was also especially covered with dust and mold. Considering future guests, I think it would be better for the hotel to thoroughly clean all the rooms first. I think this is a situation where customers will stay away.
