Tranquille, an auberge that will satisfy you with its spectacular view of the Alps, taste, and volume🏔I went out again in search of a refreshing spring in Azumino 🌼🏵Once again, I was satisfied and satisfied with the delicious French cuisine and the view of the refreshing spring Alps 🏔🥰I was finally able to go to Tranquille, which I had wanted to stay at for several years ☺️This is an auberge located on a hill with a spectacular view of the Northern Alps.Especially in spring, if it's sunny, you can enjoy delicious French cuisine while looking at the silvery Northern Alps mountains, so it's highly recommended.It was the beginning of April, so if I was lucky, I might be able to see a spectacular view of the cherry blossoms 🌸❓, but the cherry blossoms were still there 😅 It was cloudy and the mountains were hidden in the clouds 😅😅 But we had a French course in a dining room with a calm atmosphere. I was very satisfied with the dinner 🥰🎯Since Ikeda Town is known for herbs and flowers, there are plenty of local herbs and Western flowers in the sauce.The famous breakfast galette is especially impressive for women🌺🪷🪻❗It's voluminous so even men can be satisfied 🎵By the time I left the inn in the morning, I could see a glimpse of the Northern Alps 🏔After all, Azumino in spring is the best~🏔🎵🎵

You will be surprised at the gap between the exterior and interior.Since I was cooking alone, I felt like I wasn't using my true skills.I think the meat was a little too tough.The morning galette is worth admiring.

Azumino's special auberge!It's amazing how the owner and chef pays close attention to the ingredients, salt, and spices when cooking French!Even the private car is Frenched!I stayed for one night and two meals, and was very satisfied with both the food and the room.The starry sky is the best at night!I like fish more than meat, so this time I asked for a seafood dish, and they responded to my request.The main dish was tuna braised in red wine, which was both healthy and delicious.By the way, the last time I used a full-fledged auberge was 10 years ago at Saint-Pierre in Mont-Saint-Michel in France, but the content was as good as it was (it was nice to be able to speak in Japanese).I would like to try other dishes and wines on another occasion.

I stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. Eating food while surrounded by nature was special. Considering the service provided, I think the pricing is exceptional.
