A stable and safe hotel.There are no unnecessary things and the bed and pillows are good.However, the gown does not fit a large person, so I would like a larger one.

With its comfortable and beautiful surroundings, this hotel is the perfect place to stop during a long journey. The inside of the hotel was quiet and I was able to spend a wonderful time relaxing from my heart. I was impressed by the courteous service provided by the hotel staff, who even brought umbrellas on rainy days. The room was very comfortable and provided a great stay, similar to other Fairfield locations. This hotel offers an equally amazing experience. If you have time, be sure to stop by when the flowers are in full bloom. This region is also known for its delicious fruits, and you can enjoy seasonal flavors as well.

The location is right in front of the roadside station and the exit/exit of the interchange, so it might be a good idea to stay for several nights and explore Onomichi and Hiroshima. It's quiet considering it's near the interchange.

Roadside station Sera is right in front of you.The roadside station here also has short business hours, so it is almost useless for hotel users.The employees here at Fairfield are friendly.He spoke Japanese so well that I couldn't believe he was a foreigner, and when I parked my car in the parking lot, he greeted me and offered to help me carry my luggage.The female employee was good at conversation and I was able to check in comfortably. Sera is apparently famous for its marathon, and it's even included in the stamp.There seemed to be many types of pears, and the local pear shoes were delicious.

This is a hotel where you can stay with your dog! OK up to 15km.Fairfield has a dog friendly room! My family has been taking care of me a lot lately. The staff are polite, classy, ​​and kind.You can buy bento boxes and bread at the roadside station, and there are also frozen foods available at the hotel.You can use the microwave and toaster in the lobby.Paper plates are also available upon request.Drinks include not only free coffee and tea, but also powdered miso soup!There are 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.It's simple but functional, and I like relaxing on the sofa by the window.Dog supplies included rice plates, water plates, pee sheets, beds, and rollers.I received Hiroshima game jerky as a present!On early summer nights, a frog came to the window to play! Apparently there is a river nearby where you can see fireflies!I also use it on my way back from Jinseki Kogen and when going to Miyoshi and Shobara.

The other day, I had a car accident on the highway, and as I was waiting for my family to pick me up at the Sera-do station, my phone ran out of charge.I was able to ask the hotel next door to not only give me the charger, but also let me wait in the lobby.He asked me to have coffee freely, and he gave me a safe place to sit, so I was able to calm my tired mind. thank you very much.

I used it exactly one year ago and it was a very comfortable stay.I'm back again this year.The customer service from the staff was very pleasant.Thank you very much for making a reservation for the restaurant for dinner.Last year, I was accompanied to a firefly spot and saw a very moving light.This time I was a little off schedule, so I missed the time, but when I was wondering where to buy souvenirs, I was told that Hiroshima Airport was recommended since it was close by.He was very helpful in explaining everything from how to get to the airport to the local characteristics.I would definitely like to go back next year during the firefly season.Thank you Arise-san🙏Sera beef was delicious~😋
