I have been going every year for the past 30 years. Hosts have strong habits and are clearly divided into two types: those that are compatible with horses and those that are not compatible with horses. I'm the former.Like the previous comment, I've never seen someone get yelled at or get drunk after drinking so much in the morning. I'm lucky.I can't always finish dinner. The quantity is incredible. Even if you say "reduce the amount," it won't. Are you an idiot? (Just kidding)I would like to continue to stay here as a permanent stay for the rest of my life.

It costs 5,500 yen for 1 night and 2 meals, and you will be served a hearty meal.

My host loved Hokkaido, trains, and shochu. This is especially recommended if you are traveling alone to Hokkaido. This is a rare Toho-juku in Honshu. It's a different style of inn than a regular hotel or inn, so your tastes may differ.

The host is the worst. When the three of us, including me, arrived at the inn, a voice suddenly yelled and insulted us at the entrance, saying things like, "You don't smoke! You don't smoke!" After that, he yelled at me every time I saw him, and even when I was in the middle of taking a bath, he suddenly opened the bathroom door and yelled, "You're not smoking! You're not smoking!"The host had been drinking a lot since midday, and his face was bright red and smelled like alcohol. He was always drunk at night and the next morning. It was the first time in my life that I had been to such a rude hostel, and I couldn't have felt worse. I stayed here knowing that it was a member of the Otsuka no Yado Network, and I have had some experience staying at YH, Obuno Inns, and others as well. I have never seen a drunk host who eats salmon all day long, and even more so, a host who keeps yelling at customers is not qualified to do business.

It was the worst, yelling loudly at the customers. It's more like a prison with drunk guards than an inn. …
