The room and water area were clean, but the air conditioner filter had a musty smell that was very unpleasant.Also, the smell of incense is strong, and since I have a preference, I thought it would be better to stop using it.It says that you can have a BBQ, but you need to make a reservation well in advance (although there is no mention anywhere), those who wish to do so must make an early reservation and application.Also, there is no bathtub, so it is not suitable for people who want to take a bath.

I booked this hotel through Agoda in February!Originally booked to stay in two rooms for two nights at the end of FebruaryDue to the outbreak of pneumonia, I was forced to cancel my trip to Okinawa!However, the hotel's payment has already been paid, so the hotel will subsequently inform that the payment will be refunded!I knew it would take working days to process the refund, so I waited about two weeks.Later I contacted my credit card company,The credit card company informed me that there was no such chargeback application!I sent a message and contacted the hotel, but the hotel stopped responding... In short, it just disappeared!During the process, I actually just waited and waited with hope, because I know that the refund process on some websites takes a long time.During the process, I have also been checking with the credit card company to see if there is any chargeback application!Later, until the end of May, I directly called Agoda’s customer service.Agoda said he would contact the hotel for details immediately!Agoda replied to me on the same day and said that the hotel had responded that they had processed the chargeback on May 30th and asked me to confirm with the credit card company two weeks later! (The amazing thing is that the hotel disappeared and stopped responding to any messages from me! But it contacted Agoda?)Now I asked agoda to ask the hotel to show the refund voucher! Because after so long, I really have doubts about being cheated!Then I showed the voucher and the result was, nothing happened! !When I confirmed with the credit card company in mid-June, there was still no refund!We contacted Agoda again and they asked us to wait until 6/26!The reason is because two weeks are working days, excluding holidays!Okay, I rubbed my nose and accepted it.By 6/26, I had not received the payment as usual! !When I called agoda again, they asked me to show my credit card details from February to June to prove that I really had not received the payment! Their company will directly help the hotel to refund the money to me (this feeling is really bad, because why is it that the hotel does not provide a refund certificate, but instead asks the customer for proof that the payment has not been received?)I called agoda again on July 6, but they said they couldn't contact the hotel, but they would handle the refund for me first.All in all, the conclusion is that I have been waiting for more than four months and still haven’t received my refund. The hotel’s response was not only negative but also disappeared. How can a hotel like this allow customers to make reservations with peace of mind?Please think twice before placing an order
