Cool camping experience; the location is near another resort which you can use the Onsen facility there; or you can use the “shower room” in the main building which has a full size bathtub :)The dinner service is super delicious :) and you can bring your own food and alcohol to add on..Everything about this place is like a dream come true haha a quiet retreat in Japanese country side

I used it in June. The room was clean and well-organized, as shown in the photo.Animeti was also available in the administration building, which was helpful. The bathrooms have been moved to the administration building. There are two bathrooms. The old one and the new one. I used a new one.It was helpful that there were two mirrors and a shower, so two people could fit in.The service isThere was also insufficient explanation at check-in.The first thing you said on the phone was that you seemed lethargic. Are you okay? I often feel anxious aboutIt was my first time glamping from afar, so I was a little nervous.I was disappointed in the lack of response. There was no staff in the administration building at the time of bathing around 8pm.It was used without permission and used without permission. No staff present at check-out in the morningI left my keys and files behind.I saw a young staff member, but he disappeared as if running away.I was disappointed that there was no greeting.LocationI read a review that there was a pick-up service. There was no pick-up and drop-off, and it took about 14 minutes to walk from the station. It is tiring to walk to Tomamu Station with a carrier. There were no taxis, so it was better to rent a car.It would be helpful for those who live far away if there is a shuttle service.Since it is in nature, there are many insects, so insect repellent is essential when barbecuing.Temporary toilets are not a very suitable environment. There were two of them, but they were pretty deep in the woods, so it was tough for women. There may be an issue with the smell, but I would like to have a toilet nearby.

The cold is unbearable! We slept at -9°CThe room is not prepared for winter. The insulation is very poor. It is just impossible to heat the room above 10 degrees. We arrived at the room being -4°C, same temperature as outside. After 3hours of trying to heat the room, even with the help of the host, we got it to 2°C!The heating works for a few minutes, getting the room to almost 10°C. However, it stops as it freezes up or overheats, not sure which one and it needs time to recover. The insulation is so bad, that during that time the room is back at -5°C.The electricity main switch even popped while we were sleeping, so no electricity = no heating... we woke up at -9°C. It was hotter outside. Perhaps we got lower during the night when the sun was not out yet.Furthermore, you cannot cook with the heating on, as the power supply does not allow that much power output... so you have to decide wether to freeze or starve...There are also water leaks from the snow above. The views... are non existent. As nothing can be seen through the “transparent” plastic. (See pictures)The bathroom is shared, as advertised, but for the price the bathroom is very old and not enough for all guests.A service station has better bathrooms and is free. They were also very far away. No ideal when its -11ºC outside.Location is near the main road, so expect to hear the cars and trucks. Also caused by the poor insulation…The design of the rooms is really nice, perhaps it would be nice during the spring.Coffee and dinner was also nice.Breakfast, however, was weak. I would suggest having some more variety or better options. We had the option of ham and cheese sandwich and sausage and cheese sandwich. The hosts tried to help with our complaints. However, the main issue had no quick solution. The rooms/capsules, need to be improved with insulation!!!

We rented two rooms for 3 nights with 4 adults and 2 small children. All the staff were friendly and my two grandchildren were very happy. Thank you very much for picking me up.For dinner, the first day was a large shabu-shabu with lots of beef, pork, and lamb, the second day was a luxurious crab with king crab and snow crab, and the third day was sukiyaki. The amount was more than enough for 4 people and the marbled meat was excellent. We were also provided with water and soft drinks, which was helpful. It was inconvenient because I had to go to the administration building to use the toilet at night, but when I looked up, I saw a sky full of stars and it was wonderful. They also lent me a light, so I didn't have any trouble getting around.I enjoyed the close proximity to Kirin no Yu and Unkai Terrace.During the snowy season, it's a good idea to bring snacks such as sweets and cup noodles.

Something new for a family of 4 (2 kids 7 and 12 years old). Their email mentioned their staffs does not speaks other languages than Japanese. I was all ready with my almost forgotten Japanese but ended up their staff's English is better than my Japanese. There was a guidebook explained and given to us upon checking in. It was so clear and detailed. The area looks exactly like their pictures on the website. The dinner and breakfast were plentiful.Only negative is there is common toilet and shower. As we visited in winter, going to the bathroom is challenging especially at night.

It was very good♪I was very grateful for the luxurious food and time for everyone to relax and talk.I was a little surprised to see 🚃 running on a quiet night. It's a space where you don't have to worry about alcohol as long as you have the right amount of alcohol. The season was just right, and I was really healed.Thank you very much♪

We ordered a course that includes meals for a family of four! The facility was very clean and there were plenty of amenities such as toothpaste, contact cleaning set, lotion, etc., which I was very grateful for! ! The BBQ I was looking forward to had exceeded my expectations! Vegetables and meat that are just grilled! The amount was so satisfying that it was too much for 4 people! The ajillo, pumpkin soup, and hot sandwiches for the morning that the facility staff had prepared in advance were amazing! ! Although it is possible to bring in your own food, you will be able to fill up just by eating the food prepared for you! ! There were about two baths in the center house! Select the time slot at the front desk and enter! The bath was large enough for 1 to 3 people! ! The road to the center house is dark, so a hand-held light is a must! ! I'm so glad I chose glamping here for one night on my trip to Hokkaido! It was a wonderful facility! thank you very much! ! ^ ^
