It operated in a corner of the inn. The coffee, roll cake, and ice cream were all delicious. I heard that he was studying coffee in Roppongi.

I was in Shobara and wanted to drink coffee, so I searched for it. All the few cafes were closed that day. It was a 30 minute drive, but I was interested in the store, so I headed there.I arrived in front of the store on a chilly, sleeting afternoon. You can see a well-kept garden and a storefront that looks like a coffee shop through a small hollowed-out door. When you look inside the store from the entrance, there is no one inside. When I opened the door and called out, a person who appeared to be the shop owner appeared. It seemed a little blunt, but that impression was later overturned. The inside of the store has the impression of a study in a detached house. There were seats for one person, and bookshelves were lined up.Ordered a blend. I was a bit surprised when I was first served a glass of hot water. I was grateful because it was cold. They make drip coffee right in front of you. After a while, the shopkeeper returned. The conversation started casually and got very excited. The shop owner has a wide range of knowledge about geography and history. You can listen to various stories. This is a coffee only shop, and there are no snacks available. There may be sweets available depending on the day.I thought I'd like to stay overnight next time.

I stayed here for a year-end party with friends. Although it is a historic building, it is well maintained and has a comfortable space. The food was elaborate and elaborate, comparable to that of a high-end inn. Although it was a snowy day, the hot water bottle they put in my futon was really warm and I slept soundly.
