There were binoculars in each room, and more than 10 telescopes in the dining room. It is available for rent to guests. This pension is perfect for people who like stargazing.

I stayed here with a friend whose hobby is astronomical observation. Although we were unable to observe due to rain, the owner held an information session and Q&A session until late. I can't say for sure because I haven't actually seen the night sky, but I was struck by various thoughts, such as the idea that it might be elegant to look up at the sky all night long, as long as it doesn't interfere with work.Since it is a B&B, dinner is not provided, but the breakfast, although simple, is of a level comparable to that of a hotel. I didn't even notice the smell of cigarettes that always makes me cry at pensions. The only thing missing a star is that the toilet is only in the guest room, so I had to be careful about the smell when staying with friends. However, it is very clean overall, so it is almost full of stars.

I visited you last winter. The whole family had a great time looking at the starry sky under the knowledgeable owner's explanations, showing us a large telescope, and taking photos with the starry sky in the background. My second son made noises due to the cold weather he experienced for the first time, so we both retreated indoors. Instead, enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove. My eldest son observed things until late at night while being taught various things by regular observation enthusiasts. This is also a valuable experience. Facilities such as rooms and bathrooms are clean. Complete measures against coronavirus. Breakfast is also good. The personality of the owner couple is also wonderful. Some people may be concerned about not having dinner, but there are many wonderful restaurants in Hokuto City, so if you are coming by car, I think there will be no problem as long as you do some research beforehand and eat out.

This is a pension that both people who like stars and people who are new to the stars can enjoy. If the weather is clear, you can watch the starry sky guide and see the stars from the observatory. Even if the weather is bad, you can watch the video. People who live in areas where it is bright even at night can enjoy a very luxurious view of the starry sky.

I stayed there for two nights to show my children the stars after seeing an article in a past newspaper, but the weather was too bad for them to see the stars.During the story session, the owner made a blatantly disgusted face when my child was just a little fussy and told me to leave the room, leaving a bad impression on me that I didn't want to stay there again. The next day, either because we were the only guests staying or because they didn't think it was necessary to hold a new conversation, we were ignored and went home the next day. Morning is also normal.If you are staying here, please be careful not to bring preschool children.

I really enjoyed the starry sky stories the owner held during bad weather. I made a reservation to coincide with the Perseids meteor shower and went there with hopes of seeing the Milky Way with my naked eyes, but unfortunately it continued to rain. However, thanks to you, I never got bored.The breakfast was delicious and I was happy that it didn't affect my stomach. I tend to eat too much when I travel, but this helped me avoid constipation. The bath was also comfortable. There are two showers, so up to two people can use the shower together.You can enjoy the trees and birdsong, and at night, you are completely enveloped in pitch black darkness. This location also gave me a feeling of luxury.

I stayed at Star Party Founder! I'm a classmate of the owner's son, so it's a very homely pension (^∇^) It was my first time to experience the dome in the garden, but they were very informative and fun. I look forward to visiting with my family soon!
