There is a kitchen, but kitchen utensils need to be rented, and parking costs money. It is recommended to go to D-Parking across the road, which is cheaper.

There was mold in the corners of the bathroom...The sash of the refrigerator was black and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. I want it to be in a clean condition as it cools food. The parking lot is a parking area, but it is not managed by the hotel, so if it is full, you will need to move to a nearby parking area.I don't think I will use this hotel again because the staff's response is not very good...When I returned late at night without any explanation, it was full and I couldn't get in. I was told that I had two choices: wait for an empty car or move.

Used in April 2024.2 nights 3 days double room ¥11466There is a hotel inside the 100 yen parking lot, there is a separate charge for the parking lot, and the building looks like an apartment turned hotel. It's a shame that the room wasn't cleaned properly, and when I tried to use the kettle, there was coffee left in it instead of water from the previous guest...As expected, I lost the desire to use it...There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so it's convenient and the location is good. The surrounding area is a bar area, so you can often hear the voices of drunk people.

Mr. This was Kinjo's second time using the hotel while staying in Naha.I visited a friend in Nago and chose this place.I guess the reception is like that everywhere, but it's foreigners. However, he is very smart, explains things carefully, and is kind. The room was spacious and clean enough for one person. It's quiet. However, I thought they weren't very conscious of female guests, as the lighting was dim and the sink was dark, making it difficult to put on make-up, and there was no full-length mirror, so I had to check their clothes in the bathroom. And the worst part was the hair dryer. The wind is so weak that my hair doesn't dry easily and becomes stiff. Washing my hair was depressing. If you are a man with short hair, this may not be a problem.I would like to give it 5 stars, but I deducted it for these two reasons.I would like to use the hair dryer again if they could improve it.

The hotel seemed nice upon arrival, as were the staff. However, soon as we got to the second floor there is a strange & unpleasant smell that hits you annd instantly makes the hotel feel less clean. My partner and I got to our room and just found the room to be very dingy overall with wallpaper slapped from floor to ceiling. The lighting is terrible and difficult for ladies like myself to do basic skincare/makeup. The shower and toilet is nice however smelled like sewage right by the laundry machine. The bed I will say is comfortable, the sheets although were not & felt cheap/plastic-y. As for the area, the beach near by is just full of trash and not good for a swim. There are bars nearby, but just not something of interest for myself and my partner as foreigners. Seems like a nice area for the locals that live here but not very impressive as a tourist stay.

There was a strange smell coming from the bed in room 305 and it was painful. It might not be as bad when I was lying next to it, but when I got on the bed it was painful. I would like to request your immediate response.
