6 of us stayed here 11-13 May 2024. Took us 45 mins to locate it as it is not visible from the main road. It was past 9pm and dark and windy. We were looking for it along the main road which has almost similar lodges. A left turn from the main road up a slope was the way. Do try to check in before sunset so as to have sufficient time and light to locate this beautiful loghouse.A well- lit signboard with the exact name of the cottage ("With Dog") placed on the wooden fence will be helpful for identification.The 2 bedrooms are on the lower deck (immediately upon entering). One of them has 4 beds (with a door). The other has a double bed but is an open concept. This may be more suitable for a family with young children.The living room and the fairly well- equipped kitchen are on the upper floor. The full wooden interior makes the place feel very homey. The view outside is nice with many other cottages. A little view of the sea is visible.It rained the second morning but we were happy to stay in to laze and chat till check out time.Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxed stay. However, the owner may want to consider improving the housekeeping as there were some clutters under the staircase and the corner beside the bathroom eg wires/ cables and curtains etc. May be neater to store them in stacked plastic boxes if these have to be there.
