Used on the last day of Wakayama trip.House type with spacious interior! It's a waste for 4 people. There is also a kitchen and washing machine, so you can cook using local ingredients, and you can also do laundry on long trips.However, there are some concerns.Neighbors were staring at me as if they were suspicious. Honestly, I feel bad.Parking spaces are narrow and there are blind spots, making it difficult to get in and out.The surrounding roads are narrow. If it's a big car, be careful.Although it is used in winter, each room is cold. In addition to air conditioning, you will want floor heating and fan heaters.That's it.

This is a post from a nearby resident.It's a residential area so please don't make noise as it will be a nuisance.It is a nuisance that some children enter my property without permission.We are not tourists, we live normal lives.Many elderly people also go to bed early.

I used it on a trip with friends from college.The facilities were well-equipped and I was able to visit with the minimum necessary luggage.We had a wonderful time getting together over BBQ, cooking and eating some food in the kitchen!Also, when I had questions, the staff was polite and very helpful when I contacted them.I would definitely like to use it again next time!

I used it on a family trip.Hotels and inns tend to be expensive, so you expect high quality in terms of service and food, but Gardens MIHAMA is easy on your wallet!Despite this, the facilities were well-equipped, the interior was clean, and we had a comfortable stay!In the summer, you can have a barbecue in the garden, so it might be a good idea to use it with friends.I think it can be used for both family trips and trips with friends, so I will use it again! ! !

I used it with my small child and it was very comfortable.The equipment was also quite well stocked.At hotels and inns, you have to be careful about children's footsteps and loud voices, but here they can let themselves be at ease and the children seemed to be having fun!I will use it again.

Apparently there are two hotels run by the owner in the immediate vicinity, and they were able to flexibly deal with the procurement of equipment upon request.When I asked about the lack of bedding, they delivered it right away.The bedroom is also spacious and beautiful. I'm also very grateful that each room has a TV.When it comes to guesthouses and vacation rentals, we tend to look for stylish exteriors and interiors, but this trip made me realize that ease of use and comfort are really important.I want to use it again.

Gardens MIHAMA is operated by Green Hill Mihama, a business hotel, and you can get reservations, keys, and receipts at the hotel counter. You can rent a whole building or a private room. It would be a good deal and fun to rent a whole house for family, friends, a few people from work, or a girls' night out.Inside, it's a beautiful detached house with a nice view. I stayed in a twin room facing south, and the view from the large balcony was pleasant. The house is kept clean, and the shared living room has a large TV, sofa, and table, and there is also a garden where you can have a barbecue. In addition to the kitchen and bath, there is also a washing machine. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. The garage has space for 2 cars in tandem, but it would be wiser to think of it as 1 space for regular cars. I would definitely use it again if I have the chance.
