I used it on a solo bike trip.An inn run by a 96-year-old grandmother.(When I spoke to him, he said he would be 100 years old in four years, so I'm sure of it.)The price (4,000 yen) and service are reasonable considering that it's a hybrid of a one-room private lodging with no meals and a beautiful mountain hut.It was very comfortable because the other guests were all common sense people. On the other hand, if there is a commotion in the room, there is a risk that you won't be able to sleep since there is only one sliding door, but I don't think anyone would be dishonest when looking at that old lady. Please continue for a long time

Only ¥3,700 for a room without meals (heating costs +¥300). Cash only. The walls are thin and you can hear quite a lot of noise. Wi-Fi is not available. As a service, they will make you a lunch box of onigiri the next morning. There were 3 of them, so it was more than enough. They will give you a discount ticket for Nomekoiyu (¥300). By the way, the bath at the inn is out of order, so if you want to take a bath, you'll have to choose Nomekoi-yu. In other words, the actual cost is ¥4,000 + heating costs. 2023/12/2

It used to be quite popular as a guest house that provided meals, but now the landlady is elderly (99 years old as of February 2023), so it is only available for overnight stays. Although the toilet and bath are shared, the rooms (Japanese-style rooms only) are spacious and comfortable. As for nearby shops, it may be a bit inconvenient as there is a food store (which also sells alcohol) near the village hall about a 10-minute walk away. Or there is a roadside station a little closer to Okutama. I'm not sure if there was alcohol, but this is about all you can buy. Beer and juice are not available for purchase at the inn, so please bring your own if you need it.I was told that there is a parking lot for 6 cars, but please contact the inn for details. The landlady also likes to talk, is kind and makes you feel comfortable. However, as to whether it is in place, as I said earlier, I would appreciate your understanding in advance.

Even though I missed the last bus and contacted them after 7pm on the same day, they let me stay the night with dinner because they happened to have extra food available. Homemade vegetable tempura, pickles, and handmade soba noodles are on display. There are baths in shifts, and although there is no heating in the room, they put electric blankets in. Although there are a lot of complaints, it is enough for what is needed. Some people may not like it, but I think I'll go again.

There are about 7 Japanese-style rooms on the second floor, and the toilet, washroom, and bath are shared. The bath is a family bath, but the bathtub is quite large and can accommodate the whole family. …
