I am volunteering at Sakuranbo for 6 nights. The food is very delicious, including wild vegetables, and everyone is a hard worker. You can easily tell by looking at the plumbing, it's very clean. It was top class so far. I will definitely come again next year. This town was my wife's parents' home.I have never been here, and I regret it.

Long history: Daimaruya Ryokan has a history of more than 140 years. It is an old hotel founded in the Meiji era, reflecting long tradition and culture.Location: Located in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, only 2 kilometers away from YudanakaNearby attractions: Hell Valley Hot Spring,Room service: There is room service here which is full of traditional Japanese style.Meal evaluation: This time I had a set meal for about 2,200 yen per person. I think the portion is just right and both boys and girls should be full. In addition, with such a garden landscaping, I think it is a very cost-effective meal option.Catering service: You can just come here to eat. There are small Japanese-style rooms for less than 6 people and large banquet halls for more than 20 people.Early check-in is possible...You can check in at 10:30

They took great care in cleaning the room and preparing the meals. It's a place where you can relax comfortably even on a rainy day, eating the sweets prepared for you while looking out at the garden in the back. I want to come again!

Last night, when I called them in the middle of the heavy snow, they kindly let me stay overnight without meals. Also, I was provided with breakfast when I requested it, and I was very impressed by the delicious food and the hostess's smile, kindness, and hospitality. I came to Yamagata from Kanagawa on a snowboarding trip, and I definitely want to go there again. Thank you very much.
