It's a so-called business hotel.It's close to the station, but the facilities are quite old and have a unit bath.Comforters are only available in the higher priced rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. It's pretty cold in the winter with just a sheet and a blanket. The air conditioner is old and smells...honestly, I don't have high expectations.There are quite a few G in the room on the 4th floor during the summer...If you are staying for business, we recommend staying in a room on the 5th floor or higher as the room is relatively spacious and the bed is comfortable.The area below the 4th floor is a bit...By the way, there are separate cabaret clubs on the 1st floor and the basement.There is a parking lot nearby, but it's free, so it might be a good idea depending on how you use it.

I think the location is good, as it is located next to the station rotary.There is a convenience store in front of the hotel, and a gyudon restaurant (Matsuya) and many izakaya restaurants are within a 1-minute walk.There were bars and even sex shops within 5 minutes.Although it's in front of the station, I couldn't hear the noise of trains or people in my room, but rather the sound of an old air conditioner compressor? It's annoying.The room is honestly small.Another review says that the upper floors are different, and I think the photos are of upper floor rooms.In the rooms on the lower floors, the beds are really “single” size.There was an exquisite space of about 700 mm between the bed and the table, which was too narrow for sitting on a chair but too wide for sitting on the bed, so I was worried about finding a place.Also, a duvet...I don't know if I should call it a duvet.Thinner than Nitori's cheapest 1000 yen summer comforterI only have a blanket that looks like a towel, but it's too cold to sleep unless I adjust the air conditioning somehow. Well, maybe it's for summer.The unit bath is small by my standards.However, it may be standard at business hotels in Tokyo.Since the temperature of hot water cannot be adjusted, the temperature is adjusted by turning the hot and cold water faucets.Please note that there are no body sponges etc.Also, it's a rinse-in shampoo, so if you don't like it, it will make your hair crunchy.It's better to buy individually wrapped shampoo at your local Matsukiyo store.There is a wifi mini router installed in the room.If you disconnect the wired LAN there, you can also connect to a wired or your own router.However, there were many times when I couldn't connect at night, probably because the main modem was turned off or something. It's back in the morning though.There is a 500ml bottle of Costco water in the fridge as a welcome drink. Even though I stayed for several nights, I only got the first one.There is also a vending machine (a long, narrow vending machine with 6 items) in the hotel, but there is a convenience store right in front of it, so you should buy at the convenience store.The only problem I had was that there was no coin laundry.The area near the station is not within walking distance, but there is one at the next station. There was one place about 3 bus stops away.Also, there is only one bedside outlet (or rather, the other two are at the entrance), so if you have a lot of digital things, it would be convenient to have an extension tap.
