I used a coupon for the price, but I think it's relatively easy to use.The room has been renovated and is clean, and I have used it several times. When I stayed there the other day, I took a bath and the TV in the bathroom was on, so I turned it off and then drained the hot water from the bathtub, but a few hours later, the hot water from the bathtub suddenly started flowing down the drain. Immediately after I heard that sound, the TV turned on by itself with a loud volume. Huh? I asked them to turn it off, but a few minutes later I heard the sound of water coming from the drain, and then the TV came on again, and I was so scared I couldn't get a good night's sleep. When I woke up in the morning, the TV turned on by itself, and when I opened the bathroom door to ask someone to turn it off, the TV sound went off.I liked itI no longer want to use it.

[The employees responded very sincerely]On the night of February 11, 2024, I stayed in room 501 with Dinosaur facilities, but there was a strong odor of sewage coming from the drain in the bathroom, and I could not relax in the bath, but when I opened the bathroom door, the bad smell filled the room. did.I couldn't even sleep. At just under 20,000 yen, this facility was not cheap compared to other stores, and this treatment was completely unacceptable. However, it was so unbearable that I contacted the front desk and they told me that they were in their 40s or 50s? A female employee promptly arranged for an alternative room even though it was late at night, and sincerely responded by offering a refund and apologizing. As for the alternative room, consideration was given from the beginning to ensure that it would be on the same floor so as not to be a hassle for us.I have used various accommodation facilities many times, but this was my first time in a room like this, and to be honest, I didn't want to give even 1 star, but I did want to rate the sincere response of this female employee. We are reviewing this so that the management team can recognize their good response. It is clear that this issue is not a matter of the level of cleaning, but rather a flaw in the facility's hardware. If we don't make improvements, not only will the guests staying in the same room have the worst experience, but if we do this, it will be extremely pitiful for the employees on site.It looks like the signboard has changed from Chapel Coconuts, but I sincerely hope that the management recognizes the flaws in the equipment as soon as possible and repairs it.

I visited the place that used to be Chapel Coconut because it had been renovated and became new.A normal hotel with a dinosaur concept that allows children to accompany their guests. There are electric massagers and contraceptives next to the bed, so I guess it's left up to each individual to decide how to use them. The room was clean as it had just been renovated. Although I stayed there for a long time, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would like to see improved is the bed mattress, which is too dirty. There are several futons in between, so I won't touch them directly, but there were a lot of stains, so I would like them to be replaced. Also, the refrigerator I brought with me was too small as it was the size of two 500ml bottles, and there was no freezer so the ice would melt even if I brought it with me.

I've never used it before, but I was surprised to see the dinosaurs at the entrance move so realistically! U⚫︎J level!

I've used it several times and the rooms are clean. There are also the minimum necessary amenities. However, I was far more satisfied with Chapel Coconut before the renovation. The facilities are nicer, but the price is not worth it. Shampoo and other items that were previously available for free are now available for a fee.The most dissatisfied point is the bathroom. There is no hot water even though it is a bath. I was told that I would have to leave the water running and wait at least 15 minutes for the hot water to come out. Why do I have to struggle even to take a bath even though I pay more than 10,000 yen?I tried to take a shower between the time I woke up and left, but I didn't have time, so I had to choose between taking a cold bath or not taking a shower.Additionally, I made a call to the front desk, but the sound quality was so bad that I couldn't hear it because I was using a newly added tablet.TV in the mirror? monitor? If you have the money to add one, I would like them to make shampoo rental free of charge or improve the ability to get hot water quickly. You don't need a dinosaur model in the room, and the price is high because it says it's special equipment, but there's no explanation of what the special equipment is.I can't help but feel like I'm being charged for useless, cutting-edge equipment that I'll never use.

Even though it was free time, I was charged a pre-holiday fee. It's not listed anywhere on the website, and even when I contact the head office, they continue to ignore me.Although it has been renovated, it is still under construction and karaoke is still in preparation. The room was poorly cleaned and there was a lot of hair falling.Even when I ordered a drink, the staff didn't move until I confirmed that I had taken it, and even though I had called the front desk, they came all the way to my room and looked into my face as they spoke to me.I was surprised at how analog it was.I felt bad because the parking lot was special and difficult to park, but I wish I hadn't gone.
