Very disappointed to stay here, the place is not maintained well, stayed in a place with the best class but the facilities weren't really good, the towels were also torn, gosh darn, the employees were noisy and shouted when they talked, or cleaned other rooms like slamming the door, it wasn't really private even though it was on the 6th floor which was said to be the most VVIP, for Hotel manager Dariza asks for customer comfort, please improve it, even though my husband and I always TDR here every time we go to Jakarta, but the more we come here, the less so. Sorry, just giving input.

it's not suitable for living in, it's suitable for garbage disposal, for the price of 175 you only get 1 fan, 1 towel is used, the mattress has no sheets, even the mattress is itchy and makes my body itchy and has bumps, the bathroom is very dirty and smelly, when I entered the room it was so strong I wanted to vomit, no wifi, no TV, no toothpaste, toothbrush etc,, oh what a shame, even though this is a famous hotel and is on the main road, but how come the facilities are so uncomfortable and the service is not so good? friendly, especially the parking is really uncomfortable for the guards, instead of making the castamer comfortable, it actually becomes a disease, even though we pay it's not free, you'll regret it for the rest of your life, if you know this is bad luck, reedDorz is much better and more comfortable, cheap too, the facilities are OK. I hope Long live the gentlemen who look after this hotel.

Sorry, this hotel is not adequate, there is no TV, AC WiFi, you only get 1 towel and soap, no toothbrush and toothpaste... today for 165 you should get facilities like TV AC Wi-Fi... please fix it... It's time to use a fan...
