Stayed in a Japanese style room, good location. As for the service, although there were many foreign staff, they were fluent in Japanese and seemed to be more attentive than the Japanese staff. However, the inn itself was originally located at the Kishu Railway Nasushiobara Hotel, which has been renovated to almost empty space, and many of the guest rooms have been reused, so they are showing their age.If you visit with the understanding that it is a new inn, I think there is a gap between the image and the image. They have plans that are close to all-inclusive, so I think it's a good deal if you're visiting with children.

Check-in and check-out are IT-enabled and can be completed smoothly. The parking lot is underground and not far away which is good! The food was reasonable for the price (it wasn't luxurious, but there were many menu items that children would like), and the cleaning was good, and the futon was smooth and I slept comfortably.

Although I was staying alone, the twin room was spacious enough. The hot spring was also smooth and felt good. There were also free drinks, including juice, sparkling wine, and tea, which I enjoyed.

I rented a Japanese-style room. It's spacious and nice, but there are three air conditioners on low, medium and high. Heating and cooling cannot be determined by us, and when we visited in September, the air conditioner was out of service, so we were unable to use it. I don't understand what it meansIt's hot and even if you open the windows, there are no screens so insects can come in.Hot spring averageThe rice buffet is not tasty at all.I'm the type of person who thinks everything is delicious, but I just couldn't. All-you-can-drink alcohol was good. The family bath is only 30 minutes long and it's not a hot spring, so it's best to avoid it because it will make you flop. A bath in the room is fine. The overseas customers are very kind and have good customer service, but the Japanese people are not as good.I'm glad I was able to watch baseball because the TV showed BS.

Used by a family of 4 including children. The Japanese style room is of sufficient size.It was very convenient to be able to reserve the private open-air bath, choose the main dish (not included for children), and pay the bill (credit card only) online from the comfort of my room.I waited for the futon to be prepared without realizing it was self-service, so be careful.I am grateful that the welcome drink was free for a long time. From the guest room I could only see ordinary houses and roads, but from the private open-air bath I could see the mountains very beautifully. The impression is that it is reasonably priced and suitable for families with small children.

I made the reservation at the last minute due to the typhoon, so I only had a plan that didn't allow me to specify the room, so it was a bit disappointing, but it was nice. Also, the welcome drinks are wonderful. In addition to soft drinks, there are also ice creams and sparkling wines that both adults and children can enjoy.
