It's very close to the station. It's a very humane place. It would be better if the lobby has air conditioning. The room is very comfortable and the shared bathroom is actually very clean.

Favorite place.do "nothing"The former inn "Hayashiya Ryokan" was renovated and opened as a guest house. From tourists to young people aspiring to immigrate to local residents, it is now playing the role of a hub for the city. With simple guest rooms, a spacious kitchen, cooking utensils, washer and dryer that all guests can use freely, it is a place where you can have a very natural experience of ``living'', which is different from an inn or hotel.Since it is not a new facility, there are some parts that are old and have some quirks, but I think it is suitable for people who want to enjoy a unique experience including those. It is also possible to move in as a shared house, and depending on the season, some guests stay for medium to long periods. We also recommend the friendly interaction between guests!Mr. Yamori, who manages Hayashiya Ryokan, loves Omachi and is a very kind and kind father of one child. He is also very important to us.

This is my favorite guest house and I always stay here when I come to Omachi.A new owner has been operating the property for about two years, and the interior of the rooms are clean and tidy, unlike the old photos.Share houses and multi-site living services are also available, and it has become a place where unique people gather, such as sightseeing at Kurobe Dam, mountain climbing in the Northern Alps, skiing and snowboarding, and workday users in a rich natural environment. This inn is a renovated inn, where the good old charm and newness coexist. My recommended way to spend time here in winter is to relax on the veranda while looking out at the living room with a kotatsu and the courtyard, which has a small herb garden. I feel like a cat.It has good access, about 5 minutes walk from the station. Whether you come from Kanto by express train or express bus, it's a short walk away, and you can also take the bus to Kurobe Dam right away. It's close to supermarkets and convenience stores, and it's about a 2-minute walk to a shopping street with restaurants. There are set meal restaurants and izakayas, so even if you don't have a car, you won't have any problems. The inn was really comfortable and strangely calming, and every time I've been here since the first time, I've always felt like coming home. I feel like I'm home. When there are other people around, conversations naturally bloom, and on quiet days, you can relax and read a book. It's free and comfortable. The charm of this place is not only the atmosphere and environment of the house, but the owner's soft and friendly atmosphere and hospitality are the best. No matter when you come, you will be greeted brightly and with a smile. The owner moved to Omachi, loves Omachi, and is also involved in local work, so he is very knowledgeable about Omachi's delicious restaurants, cafes, ways to enjoy food, and hidden gems! If you meet him, please ask him a lot of questions. You can also consult about immigration, and when I came here before, there were some people who were trying to immigrate. This is a truly recommended accommodation in Omachi!Thank you as always. We'll be back to help you next time!

It's on the left side as you walk through the shopping street from Shinano-Omachi Station. This guest house is a repurposed old inn, run by an owner who loves Lake Kizaki. You can communicate with other guests in the kitchen lounge.

Great if you're travelling on a budget and looking to meet people (the owner is super nice). Don't go expecting a nice fresh hotel with all amenities neatly arranged for you. They've got everything you could need but it's a bit more ad hoc than a normal hotel, partially because the owner also lives here. The building is old and seems to have various "quirks" but I think it gives a nice unique flavor overall.

The location is very good, close to the station, and the room is large. However, the owner did not leave a review or reply to the message after checking out. Maybe it is just a one-term deal.

It used to be an inn, but as of May 12, 2017, it has been reborn as a share house.
