First visit on October 11, 2024. Initially, I had only planned to go to Kushiro and not go to Nemuro, but I decided to make a reservation for the morning of the day, thinking, ``Now that I've come this far, I might as well stretch out.'' I was able to secure a room because it was not possible to include dinner, but it was possible to stay overnight without meals or with breakfast included. This was a great help as I couldn't get a hotel in the city as it was fully booked. We asked for breakfast included and arrived a little before 5pm. I wandered around without knowing where the main building annex was, and although I was surprised by the large herd of deer in the vacant lot next to it, I arrived safely. After some rude greetings and requesting information on nearby places to eat, I was given a copy of ``Nemuro Navi'' (a Nemuro city tourist guidebook, Nantes, a masterpiece of over 60 pages). I decided on ``Fish Restaurant'' and immediately made a reservation over the phone). At this inn, you can choose the pillows and yukata of your choice, you can self-serve all-you-can-drink latte, tea, and coffee, and you can also use deodorant spray, so you can see that consideration has been put into every aspect. Hundreds of stuffed deer, various matryoshka dolls, and owl figurines are displayed in the reception room and hallways (you won't get bored looking at them late at night). The breakfast was also local, and although it wasn't fancy, perhaps because it was off-season, it was very delicious. The origin of "Ekuhashi" is said to be the initials of the four northern islands: Etorofu (Etorofu Island), Kunashiri (Kunashiri Island), Habomai (Habomai Islands), and Shikotan (Shokotan Island). .Next time, I would like to make a reservation early during the season and eat Hanasaki crab.

My reservation was unilaterally canceled 20 days before my stay due to the accommodation's circumstances. I heard that the reason was to inspect the plumbing equipment, but if that was the case, I would have liked to have been contacted sooner. When I contacted them over the phone, they told me that there were no arrangements or suggestions for alternative accommodation, and I was asked to find another nearby hotel or inn on my own...I don't think I'll ever use it again.

I stayed here with my dog.The lobby is packed with antique items, and in the back there is a massage machine with various functions. The large public bath is also clean and spacious enough for 4.5 people. You can also select pillows. The amenities in the room are extensive, including drip coffee and chilled mineral water. The building is quite small and looks old, but it was kept well-maintained, which was good enough for me. Although our plan did not include meals, there was a conveyor belt sushi restaurant 2.3 minutes away on foot, where you could get your own sushi made and it was very delicious and cheap. We recommend that you go early, as it can be crowded even on weekdays. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. Thank you very much for accepting your dog.

Feels like home. It seemed like a lot of people were using it for work. An owl ornament in your entryway or room. It felt so warm.

This is a small inn with 5 rooms in total. It's perfect for me who wants to relax in a Japanese-style room. There is no toilet, bath, or sink in the room, so if you can tolerate that, please come. The nearby conveyor belt sushi is also delicious.
