The room was very relaxing, with a sunken kotatsu, and the food was delicious. What I was most happy about was the service such as oyaki in the irori hearth. Depending on the time of day, the service changes to local sake and morning porridge, and any guest can feel free to stop by. The best🥰

On the way, my child fell ill and had to go to the hospital, so we arrived much later at the hotel. However, even though it was well past dinner time, they provided us with the entire menu. The food is delicious, but the ``Omezagayu'' that I woke up early to eat was especially delicious.Even though I had breakfast coming up after this, I ended up asking for refills many times.I went there with high expectations because Apples has a particularly good reputation in the industry, but the food, baths, and staff were really great.I would like to visit again.

Visited on a family trip. The four of us stayed in two rooms (one with a loft and one in a separate room), but I think the loft alone was spacious enough lolThe staff was very responsive, especially the dinner, where the staff carefully explained the local cuisine, making it delicious and enjoyable. He also told me about Iroha-do and recommended roadside stations. The facility also holds events where you can enjoy sitting around the hearth during certain hours, and we visited the evening event for sake and pickles. You can choose between cold and hot sake, and you can drink as much as you want, and you can also eat as many pickles as you want. You have to ask the staff sitting by the hearth, but it's a little difficult to ask when the staff are talking to other customers. Even though it's all-you-can-drink, I think it's good enough. You can check the crowd status of hot springs by scanning the QR code. That day, it was more empty during dinner time. The open air was spacious and I was able to soothe my body in the perfect situation while looking at the starry sky.The disappointing point is the response before visiting the inn.Online reservations are relatively smooth, but after that, there are various things I want to confirm in person, and when I call, I can't get through at all lol.In the first place, the hotel's phone number didn't come up in a web search, and it seemed like I was connected to a reservation call center, and every time I called, an automated voice said that the hotel was busy, and I always had to wait for more than 5 minutes. For dinner, we were informed that advance reservations for start times were required (17:30 and 19:30), but check-in was scheduled to be around 6:30 p.m., so when we tried to make a reservation for 7:30 p.m., we found ourselves on a waiting list for cancellations. display. There is a notice saying that we will inform you when you arrive if the seat you want is full, but if it is full at 19:30, will you have to skip the meal if you can't make it in time for 17:30? ? I was very worried and wanted to see what kind of response they would take, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through, so I considered changing my travel plans. As a result, I checked in around 6:30 pm and was able to eat at 7:30 pm without incident.By the way, around 5:30 pm, I received a call from the hotel to confirm what time I was planning to check in. Please tell me this phone number from the beginning!I was satisfied with my stay at the inn, so this was the only disappointment. Please be considerate when calling.

I felt that the rooms, service, and food were not worth the cost. The young employees were nice, but in addition to their friendly smiles, their honorific language was strange. Apparently, the elderly employee felt like he was being made fun of because his companion didn't know much about pottery. Overall, the training of the employees is not good considering the price. The guest room that I booked was a bit small, I thought with a wry smile. He felt it all the more because he often stayed at hotels affiliated with Hoshino Resorts. He is a fan of Hoshino Resorts and really wanted to stay here. We were looking forward to the irori hearth experience, but although we talked a lot to the other couples, we were very shocked to find that we hardly had any conversation. It's not a convenient location, it's too small for a hotel stay, and the main entertainment was like that, so it's okay. The food was made to be entertaining, so I have that impression, but I don't remember much about the taste. I remember that the bowl was beautiful and made of Kutani ware.I can't give a high ★ because all of my companions felt uncomfortable at least once, but not all customers have such experiences, so this is just a personal record. I think it's good enough if you don't consider the cost, so if you don't care about cost performance, it's probably fine.

I visited with high expectations as it was my first time visiting KAI.You won't be disappointed. We welcome you at the entrance, check in at your room, and serve oyaki and sake at the hearth. The conversation with the person in charge was also enjoyable. No matter what. A quiet environment where you can only hear the sounds of insects. It's the best healing. The food was also very delicious, using local ingredients. Waiting for your meal while unloading the wasabi is a fun way to build anticipation. The staff are also very kind and friendly in a good way. They asked me about sightseeing spots and gave me tips on how to enjoy them.It was an inn that made me want to visit again.

The service and food were good. I thought the public bath was a little small considering the number of rooms. We recommend a plan that includes a hot spring in your room, but since the number of rooms is limited, it may be difficult to make a reservation.
