I stayed in Namba, Osaka for a few days and stayed one night on the way to the Koyasan tour, which I chose because I wanted to experience a more leisurely Japan. We operate a lodging and restaurant using an old Japanese house. The couple's service was friendly and the dinner was delicious. Just select from the menu. The village is an old neighborhood, and is located near the Kudoyama Samada Museum, Japan's greatest loyalist museum. The name of the neighborhood is Gudoma!! If I were to be specific, I think it would be a symbol of Japan's representative "brave + loyalty + loneliness". It became a good memory. A peaceful country village!!

I stayed one night before hiking the Choishimichi to Koyasan. It’s a cool old house and the owner was very friendly. He drove me to a great local hot spring and even put on a show during dinner (which I won’t give away). It’s easy walking distance to Kudoyama Station.

I used it on a solo bike trip. This 100-year-old traditional house is limited to one group per day.The first floor is a cafe during the day and a dining room at night, and Usagi's manager, Genjiro, is in charge of the store. Accommodation is on the second floor up a steep staircase. There is no bath, so the owner will take you to a nearby hot spring facility. For dinner, you can choose from four different menus, and at the end of the meal, the owner will perform a magic show. The level is high.I will go again.

I've stayed here before, but only one group per day can stay in a historic house. This time it has been renovated and the toilets are now closer. The bath will take you to a nearby hot spring. The owner will show you magic tricks when he feels like it. 🥰

I stayed there for one night during the golden week and it was amazing.+ The owner was super nice and helpful.+ The building was quite old and makes you feel like living in the past. It fits the culture of Kudoyama as well as Sanada Yukimura very well.+ Even though the room doesn't have a bathroom, the owner would drive you to a nearby public Hot Spring (free). The hot spring is high-rank and enjoyable.+ The dinner is OK. A normal Japanese set of meal with no major flaws.+ They have a lovely rabbit. (Yay!)- The room is not be available until 3pm.- The breakfast is not good. Maybe because it was not fresh (the owner would hand it over to you when you check in).In general I would recommend this guest house if you'd like to visit Kudoyama.
