We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is extremely friendly and the room was impeccably clean. Would recommend and definitely will stay again if visiting the area.

I stayed here for 2 nights while going to Yamaboku Ski Park. The rooms and common facilities are traditional and relaxing, so you can relax. Everyone at the inn, especially the young proprietress, was very kind and accommodating.For dinner, we ordered a bento from a nearby restaurant and ate it in our room, which was good for us. Breakfast is served with fresh ingredients such as eggs with ``sunflower-colored yolks'' from Takayama Village.The inn's indoor bath is open 24 hours a day and is very nice, but only guests staying in the hotel can access the communal bath ``Taki no Yu'' with a wooden key. It has an indescribable atmosphere.When I go to Yamaboku, I will use it as my regular accommodation!

This is a ryokan with very good hospitality and hot springs.Yukata, towel, and meals are optional, soIt is good that there is no waste because you can choose according to your needs.Therefore, cost performance is good.

I stayed here on December 30th.I love the hot springs at Yamada Onsen and come here often, but this was my first time staying at Hiranoya.I arrived a little early, but the young proprietress welcomed me with a smile and made me feel happy.After registering in the clean lobby, I was guided to a room at the back of the first floor. When I entered the room, there was a wide veranda at the back of the spacious and beautiful room, and I could see the snowy mountains from there, making it hard to believe that I was on the first floor. I was surprised to see such a vast landscape.The indoor bath had a calm atmosphere and I was able to enjoy the hot water of Yamada Onsen slowly.You can borrow a key from the front desk to enter the communal hot springs reserved for guests staying at the hot spring town. This place is also the best.Guests staying at Hiranoya can enter the large bath for 200 yen.Since the plan didn't include meals, we enjoyed the delicious bread and side dishes we bought at Super Tsuruya with local wine.It seems that you can order food delivery at Hiranoya, and the menu looks delicious, so I think I'll order delivery next time.The proprietress, young proprietress, and husband were all very nice people and I would like to come again.

Used when traveling alone. A hot bath was good for me. I feel like it's working. Every time I went, it was sold out. It's nice to be able to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience. In the morning, I ordered rice with eggs. The eggs were delicious. I end up eating too much rice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Is the washlet broken? I couldn't use it.

It's a good value at 6,000 yen per night including breakfast, and you can bring in your own dinner and drinks. I had a fun party with my friends and was able to stay until late into the night. I'm thinking of going with my family next time.
