This place was too nice.I got drunk.Jogging the next day is also great.The best part is that the beach is within walking distance. 🥹The best thing to do here is to take it slow. 😁If you want to enjoy it to the fullest, I think it would be better to rent a car and stay for two nights! !By the way, if you run to Warumi Ohashi Bridge and return, it's 12 km. I recommend it, but it was pretty tough. .It felt so good!

Perfect 2/night accommodation for a party of 6 +2 shihtzus. Very clean— inside & out; you’d never guess the establishment was pet friendly. It’s not brandspankin’new, but the property is cared for and maintained. The covered private parking provided a sense of security, shelter from inclement weather and the added convenience of being next to the front door (made unloading luggage & groceries a breeze). The large BBQ grill, dining/cooking/grilling amenities, outdoor seating, soaking tub, separate bathrooms, roomy beds and super comfy pillows made our stay very relaxing. There’s also free wi-fi (which worked great) and Netflix access for the family to enjoy. The home has spacious common areas for gatherings, as well as, necessary privacy for groups.Although there was a thunderstorm throughout our stay, the balcony view did not disappoint. The roof partially extends over the grill and seating area, so we were still able to utilize a portion of the outdoor space regardless of the weather.A few things to note:*Bring food if you don’t have a vehicle. Most hotels/resorts on Kouri Island aren’t near convenience/grocery stores. Some restaurants are walkable— but hours were limited, from our experience. Luckily, a ¥100 vending machine is conveniently located next to the parking area, so drinks are always accessible.*Pick up a bag of ice before arrival. The fridge/freezer works awesome— but you’re not gonna feel like driving back over the bridge just to pick up ice.*If you like coffee or tea in the mornings… you’ll need to bring your own. There’s an electric kettle next to the microwave— which is perfect for tea and ramen, but you’ll have to pick-up some instant coffee to get your fix (or grab a warm bottle from the vending machine downstairs).*Bring your own house slippers if your shoe size exceeds US Men 6.5 / 8 Women. The complimentary indoor slippers aren’t gonna cut it… actually, neither will the outdoor slippers up on the balcony. So yeah… you know the house rules in Japan, just be aware and respect the home.*Prior arrangements are necessary if you plan on using the BBQ grill. It’s a complimentary service, but you must inform them prior to your stay so it can be prepared for use; they’ll also leave tongs/spatula to use while grilling. Don’t forget to pack your own tin foil and seasonings if you’ll need it. I’d also recommend bringing paper towels, aluminum trays, serving spoons and paper plates (cuz, who wants to wash dishes? Not I. Lol).*Prior arrangements are necessary for bringing pets, as well. There’s a ¥5000 per pet fee (due before arrival) required for additional deep cleaning after your stay. They use an Ozon machine to effectively deodorize and clean the property to maintain the same level of cleanliness for future guests. Listen, I despise additional fees as much as the next guy— but this one isn’t quite as futile. I’d like to think it promotes good karma ;)*You’ll notice a stairway leading up to the roof from the balcony… uhm, not sure what that’s about. There was a chained combination lock preventing access, but I didn’t know if it was temporarily restricted due to the inclement weather or if it was off-limits all the time.If I had to mention anything negative about the property, it would be the faint whiff of urine or sewer smell around the toilet/floor-drainage. It’s not a big deal since that’s pretty common for beach/island rentals… but hey, my goal is transparency, I had to mention it. Also, there’s only 1 television in the entire house. Neither of the 2 bedrooms are equipped with a TV… but each of the 4 double beds do have handy-dandy outlets located on the headboard for simultaneous charging and streaming on personal devices.**As of June2022, it’s still a requirement to provide home addresses and passports (picture ID’s are accepted for SOFA personnel) for each individual staying at the property (even children) prior to arrival. You’ll receive an email directing you to a link where you’ll be able to upload all the required info/documentation for each person.

There are two points I recommend. First, the room, bed, equipment, and view from the balcony were all clean and comfortable! The cost performance is also good, and you can stay with a large number of people without any inconvenience. Since the restaurants in the area close early, we recommend taking out in Nago. We had plates and cups, and we made use of the microwave and refrigerator! In the summer, you can enjoy BBQ on the large balcony, and the starry sky at night is the best!Second, you can connect Netflix to your TV and watch movies in style! It is also recommended for young people as you can watch the video on a large screen! Please use it when you go to Kouri Island.

I used it in February!The interior and facilities were very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately the weather was bad this time, but the ocean view was also very beautiful.This time we stayed with two people, but next time I think it would be nice to have a BBQ with a large group and look at the stars from the rooftop.It was my first time in Okinawa, but I had a wonderful time. thank you!

This is my second stay here. This time, we stayed with 7 people from 3 families including parents and children. The parking lot is large enough to park four regular passenger cars, and the view of the bridge across Kouri Island and the ocean from the terrace and rooftop is spectacular. There are two bathrooms, shower rooms, and toilets, so you won't have any problems staying with a large number of people! BBQ on the terrace at night 🍖 Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea in the morning ☕️🥞 I had a very pleasant time 😊 I would like to use it again ❗️

This was my first time using it with three generations of parents and children (4 adults + 3 children) ⭐︎The parking lot was large, the interior was clean, and the rooms were spacious and the children were very happy. There were plenty of amenities, cooking utensils, and tableware, and there was also a washer and dryer, which was very convenient.There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so it might be a problem if you forget to buy food or seasonings.When I was cleaning up the dishes, I thought it would have been nice to have kitchen paper.m(_ _)mThe location was also very good, so I would like to use it again ♪

I stayed with my large family for one night in August.The room was more comfortable than I expected, the balcony was spacious, and we enjoyed the BBQ! ! It was close to the beach, so we could go for walks, and the room had plates, cups, and children's dishes, and it also had a washing machine and gas dryer, which was very helpful. It was the best pension⭐︎I want to go again next year!

The view from the balcony and rooftop was very beautiful.It's great to have a drink while having a barbecue.
