Last year I stayed here too and at that time the room and service were very good, especially the location was quite strategic. Yesterday I decided to stay here again, but was quite disappointed because the room had lots of leaking stains, there was a drawer with broken hinges, the sheets had lots of stains, the towels looked old, and the bathroom water was yellow☹️ what a shame

Poor maintenance. Dirty room. No towels & no soap provided. Poor bed sheet. Window has gaps. Can clearly hear outside noises especially nearby neighbourhood when running musics so loud.

The worst hotel I have ever encountered, intending to find a place to rest with my family, turned out to see the condition of the hotel was very bad, very dirty, bad service. Finally canceled the order straight away & chose another hotel. Very disappointed, I ordered 300k on a trip but couldn't get a refund when the hotel was in such condition.

Too bad even the room is quite spacious, yet the AC has no power to cool it down. Please upgrade your AC with at least 1PK power as the room is bigger than average hotel room.

Hello sleepzzz Hotel Pulomas, I want to criticize several things that I and my family think are not good enough.In my opinion, bedroom service is very lacking or could be said to be less than the hotel standard that should be provided. First, when you enter the room, the AC in the room is leaking and not cold, and the AC remote must be replaced first. Then, to the wet area, namely the bathroom, when I was washing my hands in the sink, there was a leak in the pipe area, for some reason, the sink that should be used for washing hands, etc., couldn't be used, so I had to use the trash can in the bathroom as a container. the leaking pipe. Furthermore, the bathroom water was yellow and made my body and my family itchy. I wonder why the water in the bathroom is yellow and can cause itching on the skin of the body, which should be a hotel as a place for customers to enjoy the services that the hotel provides, instead my family and I did not enjoy what was provided by Sleepzzz Hotel Pulomas. Then there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Then the built-in furniture in the TV area, namely the cabinet, had a peeling cellphone which in my opinion would be dangerous for the use of the bedroom, why didn't the staff or hotel staff immediately fix it??? Next, there is an outlet in the bed area that doesn't work. Then the mattress provided is a foam mattress, not a spring mattress or standard hotel mattress. Then the indirect lamp that is not working actually always flickers on the indirect lamp which is annoying to the eyes. Then the placement of the lights in the bed area should be that the lights in the bed area are positioned on the edge or to be precise above the side table of the bed. So the question arises. Did the hotel staff or hotel staff not check the condition or condition of the rooms that will be used by customers beforehand??? What should be a hotel is a comfortable place to enjoy the facilities provided, but instead the accommodation at the Sleepzzz Hotel Pulomas is less than the standard a hotel should be. I hope that in the future Sleepzzz Hotel Pulomas can improve this for the good of the hotel so that future customers who will stay at the hotel feel comfortable and enjoyable to be at the hotel.
