The buffet was delicious. Maybe it was because it was a holiday, but the supply of food wasn't keeping up, but they were replenishing it.

I can't write a review because I made a reservation on the official website, so I'll write a review here.This is my second time using it, having used it last May, but last year I went from Suwata IC to Marchen Kaido, but since it's my first time this time of year, I called the hotel to confirm which IC I should use. When I did this, I was told that it was up to me to decide which IC to use. Also, the day before I stayed, I was informed that the breakfast buffet would be a separate Japanese set meal because there were not many guests, so I don't think it would be possible to have Japanese food at Chateraise.I felt it was strange that the service content changed depending on the number of guests staying.Also, there were energy-saving paper posted everywhere, the air conditioning in the room stopped in the middle of the night, the desk lamps didn't turn on, the lights in the restaurant were dark, and the automatic doors to the outdoor hot springs were turned off, so I had to manually open the heavy doors. Ta.This hotel prioritizes cost cutting over guest comfort.It's nice to be able to smoke on the balcony of your room, but you won't be able to smoke comfortably at this time of year unless you wear warm clothes.Also, when I told the hotel that I couldn't write a review because I made a reservation through the official website, they referred me to a website that I didn't understand why no one looked at it.Of course I will never use it again.

The buffet had a wide variety of items and was delicious.It was very good~♪(∩´∀｀)∩WowThe altitude here is quite high, and although it is not steep, you will be climbing a long distance, so if you are going by car, be sure to bring plenty of fuel!When we started climbing, there were no gas stations, and we should have had a cruising range of over 20km on the way, but by the time we got to the parking lot, it had dropped to 0km! ?I almost ran out of gas. The building was fine, but it was obviously old, and more importantly, it hadn't been kept well-maintained, and there was dust everywhere you looked.When I lay in bed and looked at the ceiling, I was disappointed to see dust hanging above my eyes like a spider's web.There is no repeat for this amount.
