Overall, I feel like it's mediocre. The Japanese-style room had old tatami mats, but it was kept clean.Since it feels like a training camp rather than a hotel, there are almost no facilities or amenities in the room. There is no refrigerator, kettle, or tissues.Even after checking out, you can take a bath for free until 3pm, and after 3pm you can take a bath for 500 yen.The only major disappointment is the food.I didn't particularly upgrade, but the side dishes were really poor, and the fried food was cold and honestly didn't taste good. The rice was also hard. I wanted at least some miso soup.Another review said that the food was voluminous, so if you upgrade, you'll be able to eat a lot.

I don't have any particular complaints about the hotel itself, but personally, the ski shop van that I worked with on the tour was the worst. (Due to poor board maintenance, all renters were unable to skate for the entire day, and the customer service was terrible.)If you are considering a rental-included tour, I think you should quit.If you would like to know more about my experience at the rental ski shop van, please refer to the Google reviews for the main store.

Dinner | Dinner was very delicious. The portions were plentiful and the hot rice was very good. You can cook as much rice (white rice) as you like, so I think you'll be able to eat to your heart's content. …

I used it on a tour. I was really looking forward to it, but the only thing I was satisfied with was the dinner on the first day, and everything else was sad. …

I stay there once a year for a training camp.I have stayed once in a Japanese-style room and once in a Western-style room with a loft, and the Japanese-style room was noticeably older. The Western-style room had a loft, so I shared a room with a friend, so it was quite fun to play around, but the TV in both the Japanese-style and Western-style rooms was small and sometimes didn't show anything. The hot springs were pretty clean. The toilet was old.The rice was quite plentiful and quite tasty. The lobby may not be staffed. The location is bad because it's deep in the mountains.
