Stayed here one night for business. It's clear the business cleans the room below minimum. My least favorite part was realizing the shower curtain had some serious mold growing on it.The comforter had a blood stain and some other light stains. The sheets appeared to be clean though. The bed was comfortable so that was nice. The room was quiet throughout the night. The room came with a water kettle, working AC, Shampoo, conditioner & face wash which I used as hand wash. The curtains had some black spots on them but the view was decent. Definitely a budget hotel through and through. At the very minimum the shower curtain needs replaced.

The vinyl curtains in the bathroom were clearly covered in mold. When I called the front desk, they never answered, so I couldn't get anyone to help me.

Air conditioner doesn't work. What does it mean to waste your energy in a hotel when you want to rest in the middle of summer? When I tried to operate the air conditioner because it wasn't working, I saw a notice like the photo next to the remote control. I can't believe that if you don't mess with it, it's hot, and if you mess with it and break it, you'll have to pay compensation. When I called an employee because the air conditioner wasn't working, he said, ``I've changed the settings (from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius, from rapid wind to H rapid wind), so I'd like you to take a look at the situation. I'm going to turn on the air conditioner in the other room, so I'd like you to wait a while and then compare them before choosing the one you like. ”I've already told you that this room is no good. And here, even though the outdoor shoe zone and the living zone are clearly separated in the room, the employee ended up coming in with shoes on.First of all, what is customer service? I felt like I needed to learn from this.I'm sorry, but I can't recommend it.

I wanted to stay at a certain hotel near the south exit of Kofu Station, but there were no vacancies, so I made a reservation here. The price is also quite low around here, so I made a reservation without expecting much. First of all, there were quite a few weeds near the hotel entrance, and grass that seemed to have died from herbicides was still planted there, which gave me a bad feeling. The inside of the hotel was quite dark and the woman at the front desk gave us an explanation, but her voice was so low that I could barely hear it. At first I thought the room was nice, but there was a lot of women's hair in the bathroom and on the floor of the room, and there was even a rubber band on the chair. Are you cleaning? Ever since I started doubting this, I couldn't relax and didn't feel like sitting on a chair. You can tell by looking at the building that it has been around for quite a while, but I would like the rooms to be cleaned properly. In addition, this hotel has shampoo in the bathroom, but no conditioner, so you have to bring your own from the amenity storage area next to the front desk. Why don't you put conditioner in your room? It made no sense. Even when I checked out around 9am in the morning, I didn't see any of the staff cleaning the room and ended up not providing breakfast except for the two people at the front desk, but I didn't meet any of the other staff for two days. Are they reducing the number of staff considerably? and. Parking: I came here with the intention of using the 24-hour fixed-rate parking lot, which is not affiliated with the hotel, but perhaps because it was a weekday, all the parking lots near the hotel were full. P of the notary public office on the north side of the hotel was also full, so I had no choice but to find a parking spot in the 24-hour 500 yen parking lot about 250 meters north of the notary public office. If you are planning on parking, it is best to know where to find multiple parking lots as the area may be full.
