We had a delightful experience here. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing and the location is beautiful. The chef and staff clearly care a great deal about their craft. Entirely worth a visit.

The location is a bit difficult to find, but the garden is quaint and the shop is an old private house, but it is very nice. Each dish was prepared with care, and all three types of soba were delicious. We didn't skimp on the dessert either and enjoyed it.

The atmosphere inside the store is great! However, even though it's close to Nagano, it's not very tasty. expensive.I was wondering if I should go to Nagano and eat this, or maybe I should eat it at a local soba restaurant.I wouldn't come if it wasn't for a trip.

I visited for lunch on a weekday. On the day of the reservation, I made a reservation over the phone, so I ordered soba and a drink as a single item rather than a course. The photo shows vinegar soba and salad. There were no other customers, so we had a relaxing time even though we were with children. thank you very much. It was a really nice atmosphere.

A place in the forest. The appearance of the restaurant, which was renovated from an old private house relocated from Toyama, is stunning. The soba noodles are delicious and the best I've had recently. The tempura was also really beautiful and I wanted a second helping. But both prices are great. The price of a plate of tempura at Okufuji is the price of Tenseiro. The next time I go will be after I get the bonus. The vinegar soba was 2,300 yen, but it was exquisite. It's true, I've never had soba noodles this delicious.

An auberge located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. This inn is a renovated old folk house nestled in the rich nature of Yatsugatake, and has two guest rooms and a restaurant. At the restaurant, you can enjoy French cuisine and soba noodles made with seasonal ingredients from Yatsugatake. The cuisine is modern French, using plenty of local ingredients and incorporating cooking methods such as fermentation, aging, and smoking. The soba noodles are made using homemade buckwheat flour made from the clear streams of Yatsugatake. There are two guest rooms that are renovated from an old folk house built over 200 years ago. Both rooms have a terrace where you can view the nature of Yatsugatake.Tsumugi Sanso is the perfect inn to spend special time with your loved ones. You can enjoy delicious food and a comfortable time in a quiet environment surrounded by the nature of Yatsugatake.

2022 6/20I had a full course lunch.I have an allergy to raw shrimp, so they cooked it properly and served it to me.The many dishes that were fresh to all five senses were delicious, such as beef tartare, gazpacho soba, sudachi soba, konome (Japanese pepper this time) ice cream, etc. They mainly use local vegetables from Yatsugatake, and I was especially impressed when I had local wasabi grated right in front of me!The stately style and quaint garden of this very fine old private house, which was relocated from Niigata, match the wonderful cuisine.I had a great time both physically and mentally.
