room 305- booking 15 sep 2024- 16 sep 2026The hotel is old, but IMO the room we booked is still suitable for living in, some of the ceilings are blackened due to humidity, the position of the hotel is very high from the public road, so there are lots of stairs to climb. TV, AIR, air circulation in my opinion are still okay. What is of concern is the expansion of parking lots

Room conditions need to be improved further.I happened to stay in room 401, suite type.It turned out to be beyond expectations.The room floor was dirty, there were several cigarette butts. Cobwebs in several places, blackened ceiling, clogged bathroom sink, toilet can't flush automatically, dishwashing sink is rusty. The bathroom has no towel or clothes hangers. The wardrobe is dirty.Need to think twice about staying here again.These shortcomings should be the main targets for improvement.

Apart from the rating which is not good, in my experience this hotel is very good in terms of employee service and facilities at reasonable prices, hot water is on 24 hours, 2 towels and 2 mineral water are provided, and the cool Pangalengan atmosphere adds to the comfort and impression It's good to stay at this hotel, it's just that maybe you should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets, the rest is okay for that price, thank you damanaka hotel 👍🏻

I've been to this hotel, the sheets look like they're from a hospital, the bathroom is dirty and slippery, the only thing that's ever stayed at this hotel, won't be satisfied, it's good from the outside and good on the inside

As for the rooms, it's still the same price... the plus point here (kmr 207) is that the front rooms are nice for drinking coffee while relaxing... For this old/old school hotel, it's still well maintained. Hot water, soap, towels, drinking water, normal TV. My suggestion is to just fix the shower 🙏 parking motorbikes is a bit wary but the guard said it's safe...near minimarket, nasgor, coffee...

VERY BAD SERVICE, I WAS SLEEPING UNTIL I WAS KNOCKED 3 TIMES, DISTURBING GUESTS' REST!Chronology: I wanted to go home from the tourist spot to Bandung city at around 12 at night, I wanted to continue the journey but because it was unlikely and I was afraid it would be dangerous, I changed my mind TO LOOK FOR A HOTEL THAT WAS JUST FOR SITTING TO EAT WHILE WAITING FOR DAWN. When the initial message on the APK was not there at all it was explained that the maximum room capacity was for 3 people, coincidentally I was with my sister at that time so there were a total of 4 people. The first knock from the hotel clerk was OK, fine, I understand because it was my mistake, after a few minutes I approached the hotel clerk to talk about how nice it was, I HAVE TO AFFIRM HERE THE REASON WHY I MISSED THE 2 ROOMS, IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS JUST WAITING FOR DAWN, I CHECKED IT'S LESS THAN HALF HALF IN THE MORNING AND IT'S JUST A FEW HOURS TO DAWN!Initially the decision was fixed BY ADDING 60 thousand MONEY. ME AND MY SISTER WE COULD BE QUIET UNTIL DAWN, BUT AFTER A FEW HOURS THE FEMALE HOTEL STAFF CAME AGAIN AND SAID VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WORDS, FOR EXAMPLE 'YOU ALSO JUST BOOKED A ROOM AT A CHEAP PRICE ?!!! HEY, MBA, DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT A ROOM LIKE THAT IS ALREADY ACCORDING TO THE PRICE, WHY THE ROOM IS UGLY, DIRTY, STINKS SO WOULD I PAY THE PRICE OF A 5 STAR HOTEL?!!!!NEXT TIME YOU THINK, Mister MBA, THE ROOM IS UGLY, SMELLY, DIRTY, LOTS OF MATTRESSGROSS SPOTTING MINIMUM GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!!!

The parking lot is not large enough, suitable only if it's urgent, but if you're going for a long staycation, it's better to bring equipment such as a hot water kettle and other food, because there's only drinking water available. Yes, not bad for the cheap price

Because the accommodation I booked was cancelled, I accidentally went through the Damanaka Hotel, but still couldn't get a room because it was full booked, but it looks like this hotel has a nice garden view, strategic location on the side of the road, only that Ciluenca is a bit far from there...

The room was dirty, under the mattress there were tissue marks that weren't thrown away, the room smelled musty. There were even cockroaches in the bathtub 😕. For those who want to stay overnight, it's better to think first, especially since the car parking is quite small and only fits around 4-5 cars, it's possible if you force it.

Bad bad bad its so bad. The water in the toilet isn't warm, guys, but it's PUANAAASSSS WATER and it's very dangerous to use, if you want to go on holiday near the city, the advice is to just choose a hotel in the city!!!!!

Yesterday, January 3rd, I stayed at the Damanak hotel when I found out that when I entered the room, the sheets had a lot of dirt on the floor, the toilet was slippery, the toilet flush didn't work and it smelled really bad, the toilet had very little lighting in the hotel, so I couldn't sleep all night, so I slept alone. I took two photos, I was shocked and ran out of the room, the TV in the room I was staying in, there was no picture, when I asked the hotel staff, I looked at it for a while, then I left it like that, I didn't come back until the afternoon, I didn't go there again, it was quite scary😭😔

I strongly recommend you to re-consider whether you should stay this hotel again and again if you’re looking for the hotel around here. This hotel has bunch of problems related to hygiene and horror stuff.When it turned to the night, I felt something strange and horror which is hard to explain. The entire room is completely unclean. No hot shower, no drinking water, no cleaned bed sheets and pillows.I couldn’t sleep at all for whole night due to scares by the atmosphere.

at this price in the city you can get something luxurious and comfortable, it's really scary and really unpleasant, if you're not in a pinch, you won't check in, the room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the hot water isn't hot and that's dangerous. There's no wifi, the TV has to be set independently and you can only get 2 drinking water and towels, no soap, etc. its so bad 👎🏻
