It was 6050 yen per night including breakfast. Payment is by cash only. There are 5 guest rooms on the second floor, and a bath and dining room on the first floor. The room is a twin, with a toilet, washroom, TV, and desk. The amenities included a toothbrush and toothpaste set, and a razor. There is a communal fridge in the hallway. The elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The bathroom has about 4 showers and a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. Bath towels, body towels, and bath mats were piled up in a basket in the changing room, and I was able to use them. The bathtub is not built so that you can reheat it, but if you ask the host, they will fill it up at your desired time (until around 10pm). Showers are always available.Breakfast was prepared anytime between 7am and 9am. The Japanese breakfast is hearty. When I was there, the menu consisted of white rice, miso soup (tofu, wakame, and enoki mushrooms), salt-grilled mackerel, spinach with sesame, hiyayakko, raw eggs, pickled vegetables (tsubozuke, pickled plums), seaweed, and coffee. You can park your car in the entrance space of the inn, but it is not very spacious so it may be difficult to park in some cases. There were cockroaches once, and there were spider webs everywhere, so it might be tough if you're a clean freak.I think this is an easy-to-stay inn with good access to the airport, souvenir center, and restaurants. Next door is the only taxi company on the island. It seemed to be run by several women, but the people at the inn had a nice atmosphere and were kind.

It feels great to be able to see the ocean from the large glass windows. I guess it's popular among young women. This is a pension that I can recommend. I would like to use it again.
