Telephone support was very poor.I don't know if they were busy, but they hung up on me curtly. If you don't take care of your customers, it will end someday.I lost interest in staying the night.

This inn offers a full range of hot springs, open-air baths, dinner, and breakfast. What's more, the accommodation fee is cheap, which is helpful. So it's 4 stars. The building and guest rooms are from the Showa era and feel old, but the cleaning is average and the futons are fine. The food was plentiful, and as you can see in the photo, dinner was served in the room and consisted mainly of Nasu pork shabu-shabu, but there were also sashimi, grilled dishes, and steamed dishes, so it was a Japanese course style that could have had a menu. (It will appear all at once.)For breakfast, there were so many small dishes that I couldn't finish all of them. Each item is average, but you can enjoy a variety of things. What we recommend is the real free flowing water at the hot springs. The quality of the spring water is also good and warm. The family bath and open-air bath also have separate entrances. The open-air bath is a mixed bathing area, but you can check the presence of customers by checking their footwear. When you go up the stairs, there is a simple changing room and the bath has two levels. The view is probably better when the weather is clear. For people who don't care about the room but are looking for an inn with hot springs and plenty of food, we recommend it as the accommodation is cheap.

The open-air bath looks nice. The water is so warm that I'm sweating afterwards.

Dinner and breakfast were so plentiful that I couldn't finish them all. I like the taste, but it felt a little strong. But it was delicious. The facility has a nostalgic feel from the Showa era. The bath is also retro, but the source has a unique hot spring scent and seems to be effective. I would also like to visit if I have a chance.

I found a mixed open-air bath that I've been into recently, and I spent a few hours going to it, but when I finally got there, it was closed to non-guests.I wish they'd provided us with the information from the beginning.
