Well, first of all, the only guests at the ryokan were me and two men in the other room, so I had to use the hot springs all by myself, and although the room was old, it was really nice to use it alone. The blankets and pillows were soft, so I slept well. The ryokan's location was good, and it was only about 10 minutes to Kinrinko Lake or the train station, so it was good to go here and there~~What was disappointing was...When I checked in, there were two long hairs in the room. The next morning, the hot spring didn't work, so I couldn't shower, and the hot water in each room didn't come out because the hot spring didn't work.I washed my face with cold water, washed my hair, and left. And it seems that it was originally run by an old lady, but when I went there, there was a lady there and she was very kind. She kept apologizing for not being able to use the hot springs. It's a shame. I went to Kinrinko at 7 in the morning and wanted to go to the hot springs in the morning...Still, I went to the hot springs twice the day before, and although it was open air, there was no one there so I did it privately. The amount used was 130,000 won.It was good for the price~~~

Very bad responseThe inn I thought I had booked wasn't available by mistake, so I suddenly went there to see if there was a room available, but it turns out you're a walk-in guest! The response was poor from beginning to end. When I asked for a receipt for my stay, I was told in a sharp tone that they couldn't give me that at this point. From then on, everything was done in a sharp tone.I was told in a bossy way that I was busy or that I was a walk-in customer.Even though I didn't ask for something unreasonable, I just made a normal request, I felt uncomfortable. It's my fault that I couldn't make a reservation, so I can't help it, but under normal circumstances I would never want to stay here again. There are other reviews that are bad, so it's not worth paying for this kind of treatment.I'm in love with youI want to know what I want to sayIt's time to go to school

I got to experience a ryokan in person that I had only seen in pictures^^The owner's grandmother was kind and didn't interfere much, so I think I had a more comfortable stay. The private room has a bathroom sink and a yukata, so I wore it and stayed at the ryokan. The ryokan was divided into men and women.I think it was better because it was both indoors and outdoors~!!!The location was perfect as it was on Yunotsubo Street. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the terminal.I recommend it!

It's a very cost-effective ryokan in Yufuin. The owner is kind and warm. It's an old building, but it's very clean and well-managed. Hot springs are shared, but you can use them personally if you set a time. Please choose here. It's a good memory.❤️❤️

Visit with travel assistance. If you are even a few minutes past your check-in time, you will receive a phone call from the inn, so if you are going to be late, please call ahead of time. When I called to tell them that I would be late, they responded in a grumpy manner.Since I was staying overnight without meals, I thought there would be no problem as long as it wasn't late at night, but I don't know if it was inconvenient for the accommodation.Although I arrived later than planned, I was grateful that they showed me around the hot springs. The hot springs are fed directly from the source. There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. The indoor bath is hot, but the outdoor bath is just the right temperature. There are no lockers, so it's best not to bring valuables with you, but since there aren't many people, you might not need to worry about that.Bar soap and conditioner shampoo are provided in the bath. There is a Lawson just a few minutes away from the store, which is very convenient. However, there is no electric kettle in the room, so be careful about the ingredients you buy. There is a large refrigerator in the room, but it smells like a refrigerator, probably because it's not being used. You can leave your car there until the afternoon the next day, which is very convenient for walking around Yufuin. Also, since there is a large hospital next door, the lights at night felt eerie.

I made a reservation because I wanted to eat in my room, but when I called ahead to ask for an additional meal, I was suddenly told, ``You can't get a meal for this price.'' He looks so grumpy! Due to the coronavirus, we are not serving food. Then why not just say so? I was so offended that I canceled the call immediately after hanging up. This is the first time I have been treated like this! Very unpleasant!
