This was my second time using it! The rooms are outstanding. It was a shame that I couldn't eat the free soft serve ice cream after taking a bath. Everything else was good!

Thank you for staying with us for one night without meals.I had some trouble getting in and had a hard time getting in, but I was able to spend a comfortable time in a very clean hotel. The problem with entering the facility is not a problem with the hotel, but with Agoda, the person who made the reservation. I was supposed to receive an email with the PIN code for entering the hotel by the day before, but it did not arrive.I did not check how to enter the hotel properly, so I did not know how to enter the hotel, so I asked the hotel's customer center to help me, and I was able to enter safely. You cannot enter the museum until exactly 15:00.Once you enter, you can check in (and check out) using a tablet.Free drinks and snacks are available in the lobby on the first floor. The second floor has vending machines, a coin laundry, a frozen snack vending machine, a working space, a party room, and a shopping panda on the wall. The basement is a large public bath. You cannot enter the women's bath without entering the password. There are few washing areas (four for women), and there are no washing tubs or chairs. Due to the poor lighting, it was difficult for me with poor eyesight to distinguish shampoo etc. There is a place to put used towels etc. in the hallway before entering the bathhouse, and it is very hard to see because of the line up, but there is a free ice lolly service. There is.The rooftop balcony had a great atmosphere and a great view. The fireworks of the Atami Fireworks Festival were launched from the port in front of the hotel, so I was able to watch them with great force. My room was on the 5th floor, so I could see the fireworks from my room, but I watched them from the rooftop with other guests. The room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub, just a shower. It was comfortable as it had plenty of facilities, and the ocean view was also nice. The guest room key was unlocked using a number, so it was convenient because I didn't have to carry the key around. There was also a convenience store nearby. It was convenient because the marine spa (pool) and Atami Port were just a short walk away. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, although the frequency is small.I would like to use it again during the fireworks festival. This is the situation when it was used in August 2024.

I went to stay there as soon as it opened in June 2023.It was new and very clean, but some of the light switches in the guest room were installed backwards, and the pillows looked fluffy but were actually made of cotton, not feathers, so they were very hard. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it as a bath towel, so I had to sleep with several layers of bath towels. The location is great, but there isn't enough parking space for all the rooms, so I had to park in a nearby parking lot, which resulted in an extra expense. It's been over a year since then, so things may have improved, but...If you are coming by car, I think it would be a good idea to check the parking lot in advance.A password is required to enter the entrance and to check in, but the password sent to me via email in advance did not open the entrance door, so I slipped in just as someone came out from inside. For a while, I asked someone who appeared to be from the center to give me a password again using the terminal in the lobby, but it still wouldn't open, and I debated for a while about what I would do if it didn't open when I went out and came back.I'm sure that area has improved as well!

It's just that check-in is more inconvenient, because there is no front-end relationship, so you have to use tablet check-in.I didn't receive the password and had to wait at the gate for a long time in 34 degree weather before I could enter the lobby.

I stayed with two large dogs.It was bunk bed room 43.Good layout and good viewsAlcohol and soft drinks are also free, so it's a great deal. The interior of the hotel is satisfactory. However, there is no front desk, and you can check in using tablets, but there are only 4 of them, and foreigners spend a lot of time presenting their passports on the screen.I had to wait 15 minutes before I could operate the tablet. There is a hassle of talking to a person in charge on the screen to confirm your identity.Maybe the Wifi environment is bad, there is a time lag, and my Japanese is not good.Wifi in the room was also slowThe parking lot is about a 3 minute walk but is outside the premises. There is space for two cars in front of the entrance for unloading, but I don't think you can park them during busy periods. In addition, the cushioned floor in the guest room is made of slippery material that is not suitable for dogs.Although these points are a concern, the interior, including the hotel rooms, is good.Recommended if you are bringing your dog with you in Atami.

Stayed for one night. Check-in is done unattended using a tablet. At that time, you will receive a confirmation call from the operator (the call will be made automatically). The room was still new, and the entrance felt like a room in an apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't open it because of the rain, but the windows were wide and open. Additionally, free alcoholic beverages are provided at the reception. The beer you pour yourself from the tap is very delicious. It was comfortable.

The check in system has problem. The staff need to change the booking code before their system allow me to check in. There is bus stop at the hotel but only twice an hour. Staff there can’t help book taxi but the city don’t have any other per book transportation app.Free alcohol till 11pm is nice. The view is great. Interior design also well planned. The hotel is anything but Convenient. It will help a lot if the hotel can provide coin locker even they don’t hv front desk or baggage keeping service.
