4 stars. Room is hit or miss. People are complaining about cometary views but I got the city skyline view side of the building. Rooms are bigger than average. Location is meh. 15-20 mins walk to harajuku / cat street which isn’t too bad. 10 mins walk from I’m donut. 2 family marts and 2 7-11 close by that doesn’t stock up at night due to dead location. Starbucks close by as well that closes at like 10pm which is strange coming from Canada. There’s not much to do in this neighborhood but the ginza line is 7 minutes away and you can get to ginza, asakusa, shibuya from that line. The TV is awful. No casting option or YouTube. Not a smart TV. Internet is fast. Probably stay in shibuya, akasaka. Ueno, or asakusa if you want to come visit Tokyo.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Rather expensive but the view from the room over the city is impressive. The hotel is clean, whether in the premises, reception or room. The staff is friendly.

I have stayed at the same hotel in Ginza, but at this location, especially the bathroom smelled almost insufferable: wet smell in the shower curtain and urine-like smell that was hard to get rid of even with the ventilation set in High. Also, I paid for the breakfast included room, but what was available was frozen microwave food. The Ginza location had a much more superb breakfast. The receptionist explained that they could not offer regular breakfast because the restaurant downstairs recently closed. Still, if I knew about this, I would have booked without breakfast. It was disappointing. Ppl often ask my recommendations, but I can't recommend this place. At least, the receptionists were polite. I appreciated it. Thank you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The 4-star rating appears to be based off an internal self assessment; this place is barely scraping through at 3 stars, and that’s only thanks to its location. You're treated to a panoramic view of a cemetery, which, let's be honest, isn’t quite the holiday vibe you want. As for the couch, it could double as a crime scene with its collection of stains—certainly not the kind of 'life experience' you’re after. The highlight of our stay was checking out. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere.

Opinion from a French person: After 5 nights spent in this hotel, it is very good 👌The view from the 23rd floor is superb, day and night 😍🌃There is no Onsen or swimming pool but the nearby shops for Japanese shopping as well as the various subways and buses make it easy and quick to get around Tokyo 😁❤️Quality service at the hotel (as usual), the room was clean, practical and rather large having experienced smaller elsewhere 😅We took a residential room with kitchen and washer-dryer. So we didn't have the hotel breakfast. In terms of bedding, it's comfortable and after the 30k steps to visit the city, we sleep really well 🤣In short, that's what we were looking for and it was very good 🥰

It's a bit of a walk from Omotesando Station, but it's relatively close from Gaienmae. I didn't include breakfast and bought it at the nearby Seijo Ishii. The inside was clean and I was satisfied. The surrounding environment is stylish and luxurious♪

Do not book this hotel. Rooms are insanely tiny. Can’t even open my luggage because of how tight the space is. AC barely works. Bed is itchy. Bathroom look like airplane bathroom. Minimal cleaning service. Dirty couch.

Located near the station, the room is equipped with a microwave, IH cooking heater, and drum-type washing machine. There is a convenience store, Seijo Ishii, nearby, so I thought it would be nice to live here.

This is undoubtedly a hotel in a fantastic location - 15 minutes by subway from Shibuya Crossing! Additionally, the Ginza Line metro line is 5 minutes away from the hotel, which makes transport around Tokyo much easier! The view from the hotel windows is phenomenal :) The service is also very nice, but the only drawback is the hotel cleaning. The room is cleaned only once a week, and in our case (11 night stay), our hotel was never cleaned, the cleaner only changed our towels once. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel, but it's worth keeping in mind that your room won't be cleaned very often.
