The man who answered the phone at around 9:05 on Friday, October 18th was no ordinary person.Just calling to make a reservation made me feel very uncomfortable. It seems that reservations cannot be made over the phone, and they say, ``First, please register as a member of the campsite. However, it is a very popular campsite, and there is a possibility that it will be booked up even now, so it is better to do so quickly.'' I think so.'' he started talking.First of all, I didn't know where to start registering as a member, so I said, "Where should I register? Is this the ~ page?" and she answered, "(lol) No, no, that's not it. It's the member registration page. ”, he said in a rather intimidating manner while laughing, but I was only asking because I didn't understand the page.In the end, they tried to guide me over the phone using a computer, butAfter all, is this the page I just mentioned? It was correct on the page that said.Even though the response was so intimidating, the man couldn't stop explaining how to register as a member, probably because he was embarrassed by his mistake.I don't have a chance to talk to people like this, so my heart was pounding with frustration, so I said this as well. “When I asked you earlier if this was the page for ~, you responded in an intimidating way, saying it wasn’t right, right? In the end, this page was the right one, right? Could you please apologize for that?” and. That must have been very embarrassing. It seems like you can't hear these words. We also started talking about membership registration. "Are you currently registering? It's a very popular campsite, so it's filling up quickly." I started talking, trying to cover my words with eternity. I wonder what this person is.This is a campsite where the receptionist is an adult who treats guests in an intimidating manner, doesn't admit their mistakes, and makes people feel embarrassed.I saw this campground on the website and was looking forward to going there on the weekend, but because of this person I started to dislike this campground. If you are going here, please be careful as if there is a man at the reception, it might be that person😌

In the evening, a group of Chinese people arrived with two camper vans...I was worried because the volume of their voices was so loud that they were chatting with each other, even in the middle of the night. I think it's a quiet place, and if it's sunny you can see the stars beautifully, and each site is spacious and nice. The private toilet room is a bit small and there is only one sink in the men's toilet, which is inconvenient, but there was a toilet seat and a toilet seat cleaner installed.

I went as a couple and stayed one night in a lodge for 4 people at the campsite.I had food (wieners, Seiyoshi Shikan) delivered by drone at skyHub Shintotsukawa, and it was my first experience and it was fun!It was raining the next day, but we had a lot of fun eating caramel ice cream from Iwase Farm before heading home.

The restrooms are very clean and may be good for families. Unfortunately, the tent field is grass and gets a bit rough after rain. There were several spots on the grass that were scorched by the bonfire. Also, I rented an auto site, but don't know the etiquette? There were families walking across other people's sites, which made camping a bit stressful.

Use a bungalow for 4 people. The interior has some signs of use.The restrooms are clean thoughThe toilet seat room seems too small💦It was easy to have a barbecue, and we also enjoyed a drone delivery event.Use the hot springs at Green Park Shintotsuwa.600 yen for adults, 300 yen for children. The quality of the water was also very warm.Unfortunately, I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all 😢

We used a bungalow for 4 people to watch an outdoor festival. The inside of the bungalow was small, but there were outlets near the upper and lower beds and on the outside wall of the bungalow, which was convenient. There is an outdoor fireplace in each bungalow. Please bring your own nets; two nets measuring 38cm x 50cm will fit.The toilets are brand new and super clean! It was quiet at night and I had a good time.
