The most reasonable accommodation on Oshima.However, please think that there is a good reason.It doesn't seem like it has been cleaned.You can't use the bath. Please use the nearby super public bath. Be careful of regular holidays.I don't know if I can use the toilet, that's about it.The door is locked, but the bottom of the door is open, so privacy is not protected.I don't think it's suitable for women or couples.There were no insects when I was there, but it doesn't seem strange that insects could appear.However, considering that you can stay at this price after coming to Oshima, I think it's a good idea.We recommend that you use it only if you have the understanding.Stop complaining when you can stay for such a low price. I'd like to say...but you can make as many memories as you want to say.If you are looking for the lowest price accommodation,I think I'll either stay in a rental car or camp out in the field.(There are many free parking lots.)The landlady was easy to talk to and very nice.But please at least vacuum the lobby...

This is not recommended as it is unclean and dangerous.As other people have evaluated, the appliances and location are good, but the building has not been cleaned or repaired.The ceiling of the former dining room space (?) on the first floor had fallen due to a leak. We slept in a room directly above it, but the walls of that room were in tatters from leaking rain, and the reinforced concrete under the tatami mats was rusting and bulging from water. When I stepped on the tatami, it was so fluffy that I felt like the floor would collapse someday and cause an accident.At first, I chose an inn thinking that it would be a good place to sleep cheaply, but all my family members got bitten by insects, probably from ticks, so I can't even give a minimum evaluation.Building deterioration is expected to worsen as rain leaks are left untreated. It's a shame because I think it would be a good place to stay if it was taken care of properly.The elderly landlady seems to be unable to handle it all by herself, so I hope someone will come along to help.

It looked like an abandoned building with electricity. It's scary when no one is around even during the day... It's dusty and there are lots of insects, so I think it's tough for women and children. However, there was no shortage of supplies, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and tableware, Wi-Fi was available, the washing machine was free, and towels were free to use.It seems like the grandma is managing it all by herself, so I'm convinced that she doesn't have enough hands.The roof of the back room was leaking and had fallen in, so I think the building itself will only be around for a few years.

This is a very disappointing accommodation. It's dirty anyway. I haven't cleaned it in about 3 years. The inside of the building and the rooms are full of dust. There's a difference between old and dirty, but old and dirty. There is mold in the refrigerator. Dead bodies of large spiders, insects, cockroaches, and snails are common. It was still good when I first started, but as the generations changed, it became a sloppy inn.

I think it's better to only do it with people who are fine with sleeping anywhere 😰I'm the type of person who says that, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

2022.01 I think the business is having a hard time due to the small number of customers, but I would like to ask them to take care of the cleaning. There was a lot of trash especially in the corners of the stairs and hallways! There is a supermarket nearby and the location is good.

The futon and sheets were clean, so it was nice, but everything else other than the room wasn't well-cleaned. The building was also very old and the walls were eroded by rainwater and looked disgusting. It's on the wall behind the TV, so I can't help but see it, and they said they're going to repair it, but I wish they would have at least covered it up with something.

A guesthouse near Motomachi Port. Stayed as a fishing lodge. It is best to check in with cash ready. Give up on insects and stay with the mindset of coexisting with them.
