It's about 3 minutes away from the subway station, but the overall service is not very good.

Great location, but unsanitary. When I entered the room, there was a hair stuck in the sofa. The room was only cleaned once every 10 days, and there were bugs in the bathroom. Sometimes on my pillow too.I was horrified and my sleeping condition was the worst.I was using it for work, but I was forced to suffer even outside of work.Isn't it okay to raise the price and reconsider hygiene? It's more unsanitary than any other hotel I've ever stayed at.There were reports of water leaks from the air conditioners in other rooms and water leaks from the floors above, so it doesn't seem like this is a problem unique to my room.

Good location, but poor service. It may have been cleaned, but it didn't feel like every corner had been thoroughly cleaned. There were no bed bugs, but there were ticks. It wasn't that it was unpleasant, but the front desk person mistakenly called me on the extension number, and when I answered, they hung up and said, "Uh, uh, excuse me." Coupled with the quality of the cleaning, I couldn't help but feel that the service level was not high.

I booked a non-smoking room then I was arranged a room on 5/F. I called the front desk since the smoke smelled very strongly then I was told that 5/F used to be their smoking floor before 2023. I asked for many times for changing the room and finally a young Japanese guy helped me.The new room I was arranged still smells, not the smoke but should be from the kitchen area. I cannot quite describe the smell.Carpet and toilet/vent are very dirty that you can see the dust. I don’t feel very comfortable at all. It should be a quiet area but there is construction work in next building.Apart from that, the staffs are nice apart from the lady (Chinese) who insists to speak Mandarin to me while I speak English. Since my Mandarin is bad I had never learned it although I’m an Asian. So please train your staffs that not everyone can speak Mandarin. I’m not fromCHINA.The location is very convenient only 3 minutes walk from the station. You got a balcony, washing machine, microwave. I like the ceiling lights, it’s light enough. I love the balcony it’s openable. If the hygiene can be improved, I won’t recommend you to come. The cleanliness of the hotel is what I concern the most among the others. I really like its location. Easy access to everywhere.

I just checked in to your Tokyu Stay Meguro/Yutenji hotel for a 14 night stay. The front desk clerk tried to scam my mother and me by overcharging us 179,000 yen. …
