Not a pleasant stay. AC only cooled one room. Hot water required a gas heater to be used and needed to open windows to vent. Limited electricity and using too much power tripped the breaker. Stairwell was filthy. Overall not advised to stay here.

Sorry, I can't believe the other reviews of this place. I think it was probably written by a friend of the owner, but I'll leave a balanced review. I used to own VRBO/AirBnB so I know what to expect.First, the positives: the location is very good! Convenient to the station and close to many restaurants. It's great to see the fishermen come and go. The view from the room is beautiful! Viewing the castle from the room is amazing. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The room has cute decorations.Next, the negatives: This is a very old unit and needs renovation. There was a strange smell as soon as we entered. Although it was advertised as two bedrooms, there is no door between the bedrooms so there is no privacy. There is a place for the door to be installed, but it has been removed. The window glass in the toilet is broken. The door to the balcony is very difficult to open and does not seal at all. The wind blows through very easily and the door makes a lot of noise with the wind. The door is also very dirty and needs cleaning. The cleaning fee was 9,000 yen, but the cleaning was very poor. There was a lot of dust, dirt and mold in the room. There was also a lot of dirt inside the broken sofa. The sofa was very old. It was torn in many places and looked like it was about to break. The wallpaper has peeled off the walls, exposing the wiring. The floor of the toilet is also peeling off. Also, there are no fans in the bus, so it remains very humid. In summary, we liked the location but were disappointed with the dirtiness of the room. With a cleaning fee of 9,000 yen, the room should be very clean and polite. For this reason I will no longer stay here.advantage:- positionDisadvantages:- Dirty- Needs many repairs- Not two bedrooms- Update requiredSorry, I can't believe the other reviews of this place. It was truly “shio no incense”! Although it is close to Hakone, which is associated with mountains and hot springs, this place is actually a fishing port! This is what it feels like to be facing the ocean and smell the salty sea... It was refreshing since I came from inland. After just one minute of walking, I arrived at the port, admiring the atmosphere of the ship and the premises, which was lively during the day and quiet at night. There are seafood restaurants nearby, and Odawara has the impression of castles and lanterns, but Gap, which is also a port town, was exciting and fun.

I used it for a workday.Hayakawa fishing port is right in front of you. You can see the harbor, the ocean, people fishing, birds, cats...it's a very relaxing atmosphere. I was able to relax and stay in a quiet environment and a clean room. It's quite close to the station and has great access to sightseeing spots.Best of all, there are many seafood restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy fresh seafood!I still want to use it.

The house is close to the pier. You can fish here when the weather is clear during the day, and the sea breeze is very pleasant. There is also a seafood market next to it, and the fresh fish, shrimp and shellfish are also very delicious! The landlord prepared a complete set of things and the people are very nice. Thank you to the landlord for providing such a good house~
