I stayed here for a long time. It's an old-fashioned inn and it's cheap. There is no air conditioning and it gets very hot in the summer. They lent me a bicycle, the food was delicious, and I gained a little weight, but the hostess was very nice.

About 8 years ago, I used this inn on a business trip. The inn is a traditional inn that bears no resemblance to modern, clean inns. At first, I was a little confused by the atmosphere, but I gradually became more comfortable with the atmosphere. Most of the reasons are the proprietress of this inn and her son. I have never talked to the son, but I was told that he cooks all the meals at this inn. Although the meals were plentiful and reasonably priced, we were served sashimi and grilled food every day, and I looked forward to the meals every day. The thing I remember the most is curry.I forget what day of the week it is, but there is a curry day. The curry was so delicious that I ate it that night, and the next morning I forced the hostess to serve me some curry. That night, I asked for curry, but I was told that there was no more curry. Then my wife told me she would make it again. I promised to make curry for you in about two weeks. I was looking forward to that day every day. However, my company suddenly ordered me to return home, so I left the inn at around 4am in the early morning of the day before curry day. I couldn't say hello to anyone and had to leave the hostel, so I felt very lonely. The landlady woke me up every morning, so I felt very sorry for leaving without saying anything, so I wrote her my last letter that day and left the inn. Many years have passed since then, but the curry I ate here and the memories I had at the inn are my best memories. At first, there are a lot of things that make you confused about this inn, but the only thing that doesn't come out even when you call is that it is run by a small number of people, and the price is unbelievable. If you understand everything, you will definitely be satisfied. Please continue to do your best with delicious food and warmth that cannot be expressed in words. I would like to stay there again if I ever go nearby someday. Thank you to everyone at Kikusui Ryokan 😊

Well, it's an old-fashioned inn. The equipment is old so you need to be prepared. That being said, I think the service is good. The mom at the inn is very kind and soothing. Also, the rice is very filling and delicious. It's fine if you stay for one night, but if you stay for several nights, be careful about metabolic syndrome!

I didn't really want to stay at this inn, but I had no choice but to stay there since I was on a business trip.First of all, I went in and no one came out, so I yelled and waited until finally an old lady came out. When I entered the room, the futon was already drawn and the sheets were only covering the pillow and mattress. When I went to the bathroom, I found that the doorknob was broken and had been repaired with duct tape, but it wouldn't close. The dinner was delicious and good. After that, when I returned to my room and turned on the TV, there was a constant noise, probably because the antenna was bad. When I went to bed with the lights off, I could see the light coming from the next room... It looked like there was a partition separating me from the room next door, so there was a gap! I could see into the room next door...I hated this. Still, I managed to get some sleep, and when I went to eat breakfast, my companion was arguing over something, and apparently insisted that I had already eaten breakfast... "No, your companion has already eaten!" That's what he said. When I arrived and explained to them, they reluctantly started preparing the food, but what came out was the lukewarm miso soup that had obviously been served, and the rice, which was still cold in the rice bowl that someone had used.Overall, it was the worst accommodation, moldy, dusty, and dirty...I don't want to stay there again.

hello! Last month, I had to go to southern Hokkaido for some urgent business, so I called him out of the blue. It was very helpful that pets could stay in the same room. …
