Nice location. Close to MRT station. The soundproofing of the room is also very good ~ but the window curtain is just above the pillow, and there is a lot of dust stuck in the air-conditioning vent of the room. I will be very worried that I have been breathing dust.

Absolutely sufficient for 2-3 days in Tokyo- Relatively good location near the train/metro- Quiet neighborhood/room- Friendly / English speaking service- Breakfast adequate for 2-3 days- Cleanliness- Rooms relatively small- Breakfast voucher could not be exchanged because it could not be used due to early departure. Very inflexible.

I used a connecting room for 4 people. The best thing is that it has two rooms and two bathrooms. It's a bit small to open the suitcase, but I think it's very spacious. Uguisudani Station and Iriya Station are also nearby, making it easy to get around. You can also take the Skyliner and walk from Keisei Ueno, but it is farther than you think. It seems like a hotel where you can see quite a lot of Westerners.

The room was small and clean, typical hotel in Japan. However, the bathroom was very tiny even for petite person it still felt cramp inside and there was a smell from the sink.I got hard times falling asleep because of the pillow.Breakfast was okay but coffee and matcha was wonderful. The location is just one stop away from Ueno station, close to the station, restaurants and grocery.

Basically, Japanese hotels have a strong cigarette smell, but this place is completely clean and doesn't have that smell at all. The bathroom is a bit small, but I got used to it as I stayed there, and it's close to the station, so I plan to stay here every time I come to Tokyo!
