This is a great accommodation with excellent cost performance!The staff were all very friendly and the dinner and breakfast were delicious!I don't know if it's because there aren't many guest rooms or because there weren't many male guests, but the bathhouse was private every time I went and it was great ✨ I also appreciate that they kept the smoking area clean.I felt that it was a good idea to have handrails and chairs installed everywhere, making it almost barrier-free.The soundproofing in the room was poor and the door was a little difficult to open.I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I visited in September (it was still midsummer).I arrived much earlier than check-in, but they made me wait in the lobby and I was able to get into my room a little earlier, which was helpful.The facility is still new and clean.I stayed in a room with an open-air bath.The cold spring was warmed up just right for me and I soaked it many times and it was great.There is no washroom, only a shower.The scenery is mountains and fields (^^)The place to eat feels like a private izakaya.The food tastes good as well.The rice was quite good!I think it's quite delicious if cooked perfectly.The staff are young and inexperienced.There was no farewell service on the way home, but it was simple and might be fine for some people.I have a hot spring in my room nearby, so I would like to visit again.thank you

I used it with my children. The interior of the room was clean with few decorations, and I was able to relax in the room because I didn't have to worry about touching or breaking things.I think the kids enjoyed it as it was spacious.The hot springs were also pleasant. It felt smooth. It was a room with an open-air bath, so it was great for families with children, and it was also nice to be able to take a hot spring bath with the family whenever we wanted.I think there are many young employees who serve customers. The explanation of the food and the room was thorough. I think people perceive it differently, but I think it's nice to have beautiful nails and hair. If your nails are long and your hair is untidy, if you're going to do business with customers, you'll want them to be neat and clean.I think the food is reasonable considering the cost of accommodation. When it comes to the quality of customer service and food, I think the more you pay, the better you can get.I think the explanations and attention to the dishes are sufficient.However, since there are no additional dishes to order on the day or a convenience store nearby, I thought it would be better if there was a vending machine.There was room service. You can order until 9pm.The dining area was a semi-private room. I was grateful for this seat as I had a child with me.Considering the price, I think it's a good idea to bring children.

We had a very pleasant time listening to the chirping of birds in a guest room with an open-air bath. All of the meals were delicious, and any ingredients I didn't like were replaced with other ingredients.

Regarding dinner, I had the image of a [semi-private izakaya].As the food kept coming out, I didn't have time to enjoy the drinks, and after I was seated, I was served 2 or 3 dishes even before my first drink arrived.I felt quite provoked.Dessert was finished within an hour from the start. It was quite a fast pace.The building did not have a luxurious feel to it either on the outside or on the inside, and was built in a pared-down manner. I thought this was it.The hot water was very good.As mentioned in the reviews, some of the staff members had very decorated nails, which is not expected at a high-end hotel, but I thought it was OK at this hotel. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me, but if you think of it as an izakaya, it's there.Many of the employees were young, but it seemed like they were working in a situation where there was no one to teach them the basics of customer service.“If you can stay at a reasonable price, there is nothing to complain about, but if it is expensive, there is no next time.”If you want to stay at a reasonable price without seeking the services of a long-established inn, I think it's a good option.
