Nice, basic hotel. You can’t normally check in until 5. The front door is locked and no one is at the desk. However, it was raining like hell when I arrived, and they let me in about 4:45. This was nice service.Pretty reasonable. I got one night for ¥9000, but that was booking less than 3 days beforehand (on Rakuten). Not bad for Tokyo. No one not on the bill will be allowed in the room, and they will check t the front desk. Keep the rules and you’ll have no trouble.

The room looked like an old-fashioned business hotel, but it was clean. The customer service from the time I answered the phone to the time I arrived was very polite and very nice. I think I'm very good.

I stayed for 14 nights to take a septic tank manager course. (I stayed another night because I didn't have a flight home after the exam day)You can book from Jalan for 9 nights + 5 nights. It seems possible to pay in advance by calling.Basically, you pay when you check in.【access】Toei Shinjuku Line Kikugawa Station Exit A2, left, about 5 minutes walk.【near】There are McDonald's, Family Mart, 100 Lawson, coffee shops, izakayas, Chinese restaurants, laundromats, barber shops, greengrocers, BARs, Arare rice crackers (souvenirs), etc. It's a residential area so it's very quiet. The roads were only one-way.【Fee】I think it was about 8,000 yen per night for a consecutive night plan for septic tank manager training.[Amenity]-What's inside the room-Bath towels, hand towels, free size room wear, sandals (only available within the hotel), hangers (about 6), toilet paper, 21-inch TV, air conditioner-What you can get at the front desk-Razors, toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, cafe au lait sticks, glass cups, paper cups, deodorant....etc.-Other-There is a microwave oven on either 2F4F or 3F5F.It seems to move in cyclesThere is a vending machine at the front desk.Manga books and magazines are also available at the front desk. The TV at the front is large. You can drink coffee. The washing machine, dryer, and smoking area are located outside on the first floor.[Room information]This is a non-smoking room.It seems that there are some rooms that won't open if the windows are broken. Some rooms also have washlets. I didn't have a room. This is a 1R unit bath.Attention ⚠️The bed is very soft and the pillows are fluffy. If you are staying for several nights, it may be a good idea to make a pillow of the desired height using towels, etc.The walls are average, neither thin nor soundproof. If the room next door makes noise, it will penetrate. (You can hear it if you turn up the TV)【lastly】This hotel is highly recommended for those taking septic tank manager training. The plan is cheaper compared to nearby hotels during the course period. The people at the front desk are also very attentive and kind.Although it is a Showa-style business hotel, it is clean and has no strange stains, so you can study and spend your time calmly during the course period. This is the best cost performance hotel. I would also like to use this hotel when taking courses in technology management, etc., and I would like to introduce this hotel to my friends when they go to courses.
