While the room was pretty basic, the breakfast pancakes were off the chain delicious. I’d seriously come back to this place just for that! I want the recipe… besides everything about the room was good. The location is excellent and right next to some of the best restaurants you could try.

The room that was on the photo was very different from what it is in real life.
The rooms were damp, mould on the ceilings. Very dirty kitchen.

My sister and I really loved our room. It had AC and was very cozy. Everything was very clean, the location was sooo close to shops but still very quiet!! It was great. Breakfast was good as well, we enjoyed our stay!

Be careful for people sensitive to mold, one of the rooms can be dangerous!Room filled with mold from wall to ceiling which caused me health problems. When I arrived, I didn't realize the extent of the mold until bedtime. After 10 minutes, I had a fairly severe allergic reaction: red, itchy eyes - itchy and runny nose - headache - sore throat - shortness of breath. Not being one to complain, I tried to take it upon myself but a few minutes later, I could no longer breathe and my throat was burning. I then understood that it was mold and I immediately fled the room.I would still like to highlight the service and the fact that my room was refunded as soon as I spoke to the receptionist.The latter was welcoming and attentive during breakfast (which I did not eat because I was still ill but thanks to her).But I wouldn't recommend this establishment, I literally had to "sleep" in the lobby. A nightmare.I am quite shocked that we can book such a disastrous and above all dangerous room.

Its awsome home stay, which is located Central of ubud. You can access all the places from there. Lot's of multi cuisine restaurant there.Seeking to experience the real Bali in an engaging way, I stayed 3 nights Homestay as a couple traveler. It was the perfect start to my Bali adventure.This experience was unique, customized and my host family was genuinely committed to sharing their culture, way of life and country with me.house is open air and immaculate. My bedroom was air conditioned, private, was lockable and my bathroom with shower and Western toilet was just steps away on a well lit path. I didn’t have any issues with mosquitos and there were fresh mosquitos coils in my room and in my bathroom.

We were relatively disappointed overall!Looking at the reviews, we were expecting something decent, but it wasn't the case for us. For the price, it's a bit sad!Almost non-existent staff! People came to check in and there was no one to welcome them. Only a crumpled piece of paper on a table telling them to call the number on the back. We found ourselves without toilet paper and no one in the hotel to give us some! Well yes, because over 4 nights not a single person came to clean the room!!! For 20 euros per night, it's really limited. Especially here in Asia, we have to throw toilet paper in the trash. The least we could have done would have been to empty it once a day.And the best part is that one day before leaving on an excursion, we wanted to go for lunch at 8 a.m. (the time they start serving). And once again, no one! Which meant that we left on empty stomachs.In short, it is difficult to understand the positive reviews regarding this hotel where the service was more than mediocre.

Location : very central, with many restaurants in a 100m distance. Main ubud attractions are within walking distance.
Service: nice reception and security. Serves also breakfast.
Price: for 150k I can't ask more. Recommend.

Privat room with balcony was clean and cozy. Staff are super friendly! <3 And rest zone is good as well. 4 stars because the blanket is really bad and without duvet cover. No soap and toilet paper
