great stayVery well equippedAfter washing clothes every day, you can hang them to dry ~ very satisfiedThe washing machine and hair dryer are very good.There is a bathtub where you can take a bathThere is also a kitchen that can provide cooking ~I like it so much~The only thing is to walk a little farther from JR Ryogoku Station~^_^It's just right for a family of four to stay here👍

Very small apartment sold for a family of 7. In fact, the sofa beds are very uncomfortable bed chairs. In the end, the apartment was in worse condition than in the photos, between our suitcases and the beds we could almost only walk on the beds.On the other hand, very functional bathroom. Separate toilet and location for Ryogoku station!!

Highly recommended for those traveling in groups of 4.There’s an instruction folio on house rules and how to operate the electronics. 👌Amenities available:-- 4 beds, two couches, a dining table with two chairs.-Basic kitchen with a microwave oven, electric kettle, small refrigerator and stove. There are some plates and cutlery in the cupboards.-Washing machine (there are self-service laundry shops within the vicinity as well)-Towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.-Japanese bathroom dryer (this was tricky to use, and there wasn't much space to hang stuff around, so be sure to bring some foldable hangers along)There’s a Lawson’s nearby, and a pretty great selection of restaurants around. Would definitely book this place again.

Stayed for 6 nights from 5/13 to 5/19, 3 big and 1 small, room 301The location is quiet in the bustle, about 70 meters away from Ryogoku Station on the Toei Oedo Line. The indoor space is relatively large compared to other hotels in Tokyo. You can safely unfold your suitcase without any problem. It has a complete range of household appliances, especially a washing machine, which is really convenient. There are self-service laundry (drying) shops, convenience stores, and 24-hour supermarkets nearby, making life functions convenient.In terms of disadvantages, the fabric sofa cushions in the living room are sunken and the elevator space is relatively small. Basically, the flaws are not hidden, and it is a recommended accommodation choice.In addition, I hope the room WIFI password can be written in a conspicuous place.

The place is suitable for 4 peopleThere are no halal restaurants near it, the furniture is old, the sofas are not suitable for sitting, and there is no place to dry clothes on a line.A quiet place, close to a metro station, and a 10-minute walk away from the JP station. There is a washing machine and a heater, there is an air conditioner and a clothes iron, and there is a full kitchen, near a supermarket.

The bathroom is clean and the hot water is hot enough. There is a washing machine but there is no place to hang clothes.The interior space is not very large. If you open the suitcase, there will be very little walking space.The spring bed has a dent and is not very comfortable to sleep on.But the price is relatively cheap. It’s close to Ryogoku subway station and there are two Lawson stores nearby.
