The staff were very friendly, the accommodation was clean, and it was great for 4 people to stay. They provide plenty of towels and even do laundry, so I am 100% planning to visit again. The bedding was a bit hard, so my back didn't hurt, which was nice. The surrounding area was quiet as it was a residential area, and there was a Lawson a 2-3 minute walk away. Morishita Station was also about a 3-4 minute walk, so it was perfect. It's the best!!

We LOVED our stay at East SQUARE Tokyo. Our three-generation family of ten booked two rooms (ages 7 years to 70 years). The staff kindly put us on the same floor. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were wonderful at the front desk which was attended from 7am-11pm. Yu and Tsune were our favourites, however all staff including the cleaner were lovely to deal with. Nice and close to Morishita station, and the area is nice and quiet. We can't wait to visit East SQUARE Tokyo again.

It is very suitable for family travel. The room is clean and the facilities are convenient. There is a washing machine, a small kitchen, a microwave and a small refrigerator. The price is reasonable. The service staff is friendly and there is no problem in English communication👍

We stayed 7 people. The room is very quite and comfortable. The front liners are very friendly and helpful, both men and women. everyone speaks good English. We talked a lot with the female staff. She helped us order a taxi and made sure we reached our destination safely. In the room everything is provided, even laundry detergent. There are snacks and drinks in the lobby that can be brought to your room for free. around 200-500 meters there are many restaurants and convenient stores. The closest MRT station is gate 6. If we go to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here. thank you

The staff speaks really good English, but that doesn’t help with the fact that they were rude and unhelpful.We did not have towels, which was not a big deal. But when we reached out for help we couldn’t find anyone due to after hours. The next day, the staff kept avoiding us until we confronted them and he just said sorry and PHYSICALLY RAN AWAY TO HIDE.I’m still shock today at the service.

Practically no service after business hours, if something happens, you are on your own.Our room had issues one night and it was impossible to reach them via phone and email. When we asked them about it the next morning they just said “sorry, it won’t happen again” and the staff physically hid in the back room to avoid us.

I think this accommodation is the best if you're going with 3-4 people or more, especially if you're a mixed group. It's really clean and the staff are really, really friendly.

A good place to stay when traveling in Tokyo. We were very satisfied with our five-day stay.Equipment: There are simple cooking equipment, and the most important thing is a washing and drying machine. The four-person room is divided into two rooms, both with single beds. There are also tatami mats to store luggage and food in the living room.Transportation: It is close to Morishita Subway Station. There is an elevator at Exit 6, which is convenient for moving with large luggage. Morishita has the Shinjuku Line and the Oedo Line, which is very convenient.Function: There are lowson, drug stores and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy food.Service: The service staff can communicate in English and are friendly and polite.

The hotel in which we felt most comfortable in Japan. The rooms are very comfortable. With everything you need to have a good stay in Tokyo.Its location is very good, very close to a metro stop with quick access to the main attractions of the city.But the best thing is its staff. The treatment they offer you makes you feel at home. They help you with everything you need. I would definitely return to this hotel without thinking, if I am lucky enough to visit this city again.

The staff were super friendly, they helped us a lot with the issue of shipping luggage. Very clean rooms with enough space to eat. The washer-dryer was very useful.Good location in a quiet area a few minutes from the metro. Nearby there is a large supermarket with a wide variety of products and takeaway food at a good price and quality. Highly recommended.

By far best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!The location is very convenient, a quiet area and not a far walk from the train station.The staff were terrific, very friendly and knowledgeable, speaking great English as well! We were given restaurant recommendations as well as umbrellas on rainy days. When arriving the first day, we were shown around our room and how to use the different facilities (washing machine, air conditioner, etc.)The rooms were exactly as shown! Two bedrooms with sliding doors and two beds each, plus an area for futons in the main area.Our overall experience was amazing, and we will for sure be returning to this hotel on our next trip!

The room was great, just like the photo. I stayed for 4 nights and met 4 front desk staff. Everyone was super nice and I had no problem communicating in English! ! The accommodation is very close to Morishita Station. Although it is a quiet residential area, there is a Fukutaro drug store and 2 convenience stores nearby. Izakaya and bento shops are also very convenient. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

I stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. It was really clean and the staff were very friendly. The station is also about a 3-minute walk away, so it's really convenient if you have a lot to go to Tokyo!And it was quiet because there was no noise.If I go on a trip to Japan, I want to stay here again. I highly recommend it!!

I highly recommend this apartment for families, we are a family of 4 who just stayed here!! Apartment is spacious and the area is peaceful compare to other parts of Tokyo. Apartment has a seperate toilet and bathroom and also a washing machine. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and spoke English too. Apartment is close to a train station and a supermarket isn't too far away.

Stayed in a four-person room, the room was large and the CP value was very highIt is very close to Morishita Subway Station and the transportation is very convenient. There is no problem in transferring or going to the outer suburbs ~There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. There are also two supermarkets within a five-minute walk. I bought bento boxes and takoyaki, both of which are delicious (takoyaki is a Taiwanese Japanese flavor)The counter staff I encountered during my three-night stay were all different, but they were all very friendly and their English did not have a Japanese accent. After all, it is very important for foreigners.Someone previously commented that three nights in a row was not enough, and we feel the same way! This place is really great, I don’t want to leave😭That’s right! Remember to ask the counter staff to take a Polaroid before leaving! I will take two pictures and one of them will be given to the tenant!

When we first arrived we were immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Their service is a 5 star service. The room was spacious for us (4 adults and 2 small kids). We enjoy our stay there, esp my kids since the room using tatami mat, they like to walk around and make a noisy step. Sorry for our neighbour tho. But there's no bathtub in here, so the kids a little sad cause they can't play with water.
