Small and clean rooms but very good location. You have the view of the Tokyo Skytree from the river bank and the Senso-ji temple is also nearby.

Prefect location in the heart of Tokyo, price is reasonable but there is no front desk. If facing any problem a bit difficult to contact the owner. Overall is a good to stay at this accommodation. Comfortable and have own privacy in room.

Booked from airbnb, the location is within walking distance of three subway stations. Personally, I think it is the closest to Ryogoku Station. The house is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The stairs are very small. Once your luggage is full, it will feel even smaller. It is basically ok. Laundry and drying are very convenient, but there was a large piece of ice in the refrigerator when I checked in. I deducted one star for this. You can see the top of the Skytree from the stairs from the third floor to the fourth floor.

I couldn't get in because they didn't have the key, but I couldn't get a refund.I sent a video showing the keybox being empty, but it was pointless.

Place is huge and mostly clean there's a fancy bathtub too. Though unfortunately, there's no elevator. If you have a big luggage you might want to reconsider staying here. Other than that I found everything is working just fine for a backpacker like me.

When I first arrived, neither the manager nor the owner was there, and I couldn't get in touch with them.Then, someone who looked like an employee got me on the phone with the owner, and I spoke to him, but he didn't seem to speak much Japanese, and I was told that he had sent me the room number and key pin via email. However, no such email was received.After continuing to talk, he finally told me the room and password, and as an apology, he delayed my check-out time by 2 hours, but when I entered the room, there was a bad odor and only one bed was made properly, and the sheets were not clean. It was very smelly and had strange stains on it, and I couldn't sleep well because it felt like it hadn't been washed properly, so I had to go buy fabric softener and do the laundry.Why did I have to do it here? I was starting to feel angry.It was so half-baked that I thought it had been thoroughly cleaned.I didn't want to stay there again.I sincerely hope that this information will be helpful for those who are planning to stay at this place in the future.

This is a private lodging facility.A part-time cleaning worker stole his wallet and was arrested by the police.I regret that I booked a private lodging at a place where I felt so uneasy about the presence of criminals in the facility.The room was clean and seemed like it was newly built.Just a pillowThere was a lot of hair and stains on the cover of the ceremony mat, which was unsanitary.There were cups, plates, and cooking utensils in the kitchen, but they all had limescale on them and were probably dirty because the pots and plates had not been washed.When making a reservation on the site airdnd, the apartment name will be presented after you pay with a credit card.When making a long-term reservation, instead of making a large reservation all at once, you can start by making a reservation for just one day, which will be presented after payment.It would be better to research the name of the condominium you are renting and read reviews before deciding whether or not to stay long-term.

My daughter used it for sightseeing in Tokyo on May 21st, but when she opened the designated key box, there was no key in it. I can't connect to the specified contact number.I gave up and stayed elsewhere.If you contact us later by email and request a refund,We exchanged a lot of information, saying, ``We will only refund the cleaning fee.'' However, they did not give us a refund, so we were left in tears.I made a reservation on Booking.com.

Frankly speaking, it's the worst. The guest room (Room 102) that I had booked on July 15th had garbage scattered on the floor, hot water was left running in the bathtub, and the bed was a mess.It was in a state of garbage and had not been cleaned at all.When I visited the manager's office, he was not there. . I called the inquiry number, but the manager was out shopping and it would take over an hour to return, so I was told to wait somewhere. After about an hour, the manager came back, but was directed to another room (Room 404) and asked to wait until the cleaning was finished. However, this other room (Room 404) had not been cleaned either, the bed was a mess, and empty liquor bottles were lined up next to each other. I couldn't wait in a room that wasn't cleaned like this, and I couldn't wait for it to be cleaned, so I told the manager on the spot to cancel my reservation. This time, even though it was a mistake on the management's part, they did not take any alternative measures and ended it with a mere apology. I had to look for another place to stay in the rain, which made me feel the worst.
