This is a nice and quaint guest house. The hosts are also very friendly and knowledgeable about history and culture, so I think foreign tourists will also enjoy it. It is also recommended for groups and families.

It was a spacious guesthouse, surrounded by nature, and I was able to relax very much. On sunny days, you can breathe in fresh air by taking a walk along the path in the fields next to the guest house, and there are soba restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat. I would like to visit again.

It is run by two elderly couples, and it is a house with a long history. And even though it is old, all the amenities are comfortable. There is a soba restaurant nearby, and there is a meat restaurant about 15 minutes away. However, there is only one bathroom and toilet, so be careful with groups. do

The mansion was so valuable that it could become one of the reasons for your trip. There is no other hotel or inn where you can stay exclusively in three rooms overlooking a large Japanese garden. I was able to spend a fulfilling time while feeling the history of the building, which is over 100 years old and has been carefully maintained. When it comes to sightseeing, we recommend going all the way inside Eiheiji Temple. The long corridors, painted ceilings, and spacious interior of the temple are wonderful. The dinosaur museum had moving dinosaurs that looked like real ones, so the children seemed to be impressed. There are many other places to enjoy, and I would like to use this inn as a starting point to go back to Fukui.

It was very clean and I was able to enjoy the Japanese atmosphere. I used it with my Chinese friends and they also liked it. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Both the garden and the rooms are magnificent. I stayed in an old private house, and it was a historical building with high ceilings and a nice open feeling. Both my father and mother were wonderful people. It was a place I would like to stay again. thank you very much.

Although it was built 120 years ago, the building certainly has a sense of history, and I was able to experience an atmosphere that you wouldn't get at a normal hotel or guesthouse. Also, although it didn't feel like professional customer service, the service was full of hospitality!

Used with friends for activities ranging from play and canoeing to MTB cycling. Walking around the Asakura clan ruins is perfect for light cycling. There is a mountain road nearby, and this time I only took a short walk on my MTB due to concerns about the weather, but I think it might be possible to go quite far. I forgot the name, but there was a scenic spot like a waterfall, so I took a break. Next time I have a chance, I would like to attack the mountain deeper on my MTB.I'm an outsider when it comes to old folk houses, but it was amazing beyond my imagination. The thickness of the pillars is incredible. Since there are so many rooms, is it a regular old folk house? I think it provides more privacy. I also enjoyed talking with the famous father.By the way, it was about an hour away by car from Asoboya. There's nothing nearby.Although it cannot be compared to a normal hotel-style private lodging, it was rated 5 stars for its core use with friends.
