I do not recommend booking through Orion Tours. Also, the proprietress' attitude was very bad.I was laughed at when I asked questions, and I was given a coupon for a late checkout from Orion Tours, so there was no need for that, right? They wouldn't let me use the room because I didn't know if the food was ready, or when I waited in the room because I didn't know if the food was ready, they'd yell at me and say, "The food is already ready!" or I'd be the only one who didn't have enough food. It was. They say they have something different for tour guests. I had no way of knowing that before making the reservation, so I was just uncomfortable.It was nice that the inside of the building was kept clean.

It has been thoroughly cleaned and feels clean. However, due to the age of the building, opening and closing of the door echo throughout the building. It feels like a seismic intensity of 2 to 3, not a level that would resonate. The biggest problem is that the heater is old, weak, and makes a lot of noise. I can't hear the TV when it's working. I can't sleep. Of course, when you turn it off, it's winter in Hakuba, and the buildings are vintage, so you instantly feel cold. I thought there was no place to stay in the winter.

You can take a shuttle bus to Iwatake and Happo-one ski resorts, but the service is infrequent, so the location is not great.Dinner was plentiful and everything was delicious.I was able to check in first thing in the morning, which was helpful because I could change my clothes in a warm room. Overall it was a good stay (^o^)

The location is difficult to find. The interior and exterior look like an ordinary inn. Is it intended to be used for summer camps and skiing?It has a homely atmosphere and feels like you've come to a relative's house in the countryside.It's close to a convenience store and gas station, but it gets pitch dark at night, so you should go to bed early.

The food was plentiful.There was also WiFi, and a towel toothpaste was provided.It's a long way to the ski resort, so you'll need a car.

There are no towels, no yukatas, shared refrigerators, some rooms without air conditioners, and Wi-Fi available in only a few of the rooms that claim to have it.
