ShinbaikanA little further down the mountain roadThere was a hot spring teahouse known only to those in the know. The building shows off its 100 years of history. You can use the hot spring in the annex by making a reservation.I don't run an inn anymore.I ate lunch on the first floor. The inside is modernizedThe items on display are Showa retro. You can feel a time slipCreative use that is not country cuisine is Taisho romanceI am grateful to my descendants who have protected me with care.

It is a hideaway inn that has kept its building from the Taisho era, and once accepted only two groups a day. (I was able to occupy 3 rooms), but perhaps due to the influence of the coronavirus, I have given up on staying at the inn and am now using a reservation-only day-trip hot spring, or a restaurant that sells meals and Japanese sweets. Reminiscing about the old days, I tried the Okkiri Komi Udon, which was delicious and full of the flavor of the mushrooms.

We had lunch at a hidden place. It was Sunday lunchtime, but it wasn't crowded and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. I'm surprised at this price for this quality and service. The shiruko after the meal was also great. We would also love to hear from you.

I used the cafe.I visited you on a Saturday afternoon.I've been passing by this place for quite some time now, and I've always been curious about it.The parking lot is also spacious. The garden is also beautiful.Open the door and go inside...The 101-year-old building has a very historical feel.Meals include sushi, curry, soba, and udon.…I have soba noodles, tempura, salad, and coffee.Maitake mushroom tempura was delicious. And above all, it was quiet ❗️ The coffee while listening to the birds was exceptional.

I received a big thank you. It took a while from ordering to being served, but the food was delicious, albeit a little bland. I think the exterior of the building is the same as it was 10 years ago (or more?), but the interior has been renovated and is beautiful. The lobby and hallways look like they were at the time of construction (?) and have a retro feel, but they were clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very courteous.

I passed by on my trip and saw the ``egg sandwich'' and the building, so I made a U-turn and stopped by.It looks like a cafe in an old private house that used to be a school from the Taisho era, and I thought I would take out the ``egg sandwich'', but the atmosphere inside was so nice that I decided to eat inside. The fluffy thick-yaki egg was not too sweet, had a slightly sweet mustard flavor, and was exquisitely delicious. The landlady was a friendly and beautiful person ^^

Although the location is a little inconvenient, the scenery is good, and above all, the interior and guest rooms have a perfect retro atmosphere that will make you forget the passage of time. The view from the window is like a painting. The crispy tempura, smooth soba noodles, and chewy udon noodles are delicious, the grilled onigiri has a delicious soy sauce aroma, and the egg sandwich overturns the concept of egg sandwiches. It's a place you'll definitely want to visit again and again.

I was curious when I saw the information that it had become a cafe.As someone had written, I stopped by to get a takeout egg sandwich, but they said they would let me wait in my room, so I let them wait inside, but the atmosphere was really nice, and the other menu items were delicious as well. So, my family and I decided to order and eat some buttered toast, matcha affogato, and coffee. The toast was very delicious with plenty of red bean paste, fresh cream, and buttery flavor. The matcha in the affogato had a great taste, the shiratama balls had a fluffy texture, and the roasted green tea ice cream had a nice aroma. We had a blissful time.As for the coffee, my husband was happy that he had his favorite coffee for the first time in a while. Also, the takeout egg sandwiches are apparently made using up to 5 eggs per person, and the egg sandwiches have a slightly sweet and gentle flavor, and the mustard works well, and the bread doesn't crush the eggs when you bite into it. I couldn't describe the texture of both of them because of their hardness and how they filled my mouth.A beautiful young landlady? Although it took only a short time, we had a wonderful afternoon with very kind customer service.By the way, the egg in the egg sandwich was about 4.5 centimeters thick. 👏👏👏

I was disappointed when I heard that the inn was closing, but when I heard that it was now open as a cafe, I went there feeling excited😃💕. The building has a tasteful atmosphere, the furniture has a wonderful atmosphere, there are retro accessories displayed here and there (many of which were items I used to use when I was a child🤩), and very polite hospitality. We had a great time.In addition to the udon, I ordered a grilled rice ball and it was surprisingly big, so my mom was so excited to make a big one. It was fragrant and delicious.

I had been interested in the restaurant for a while because of its classical appearance, but I happened to pass by during lunch time and stopped by for lunch. Crispy and fragrant tempura and smooth and chewy udon noodles are the best❗️The super-voluminous egg sandwich is available for take-out, and it was delicious with a gentle sweetness✨It is run by a family and is perfect for people who want to enjoy delicious food slowly. is. Please note that alcohol will not be provided 😅
