We stayed at the Cypress Suite. Champagne was provided in the room as a service, and L'OCCITANE provided new mini bottles for each person every day. The breakfast was very delicious. Also, the sunset from the hotel was spectacular.

There are no restaurants around the hotel and it is difficult to walk there, so we had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel.After taking my seat, I looked at the menu.A slim male staff member in his 50s or 60s wearing glasses came to take our order.We said, ``Can you wait a little longer? ” I said,About 30 seconds later, I came back to take my order.If they call themselves a luxury store, I would like them to give themselves a little more time and not rush customers.The food itself was also average.This is delicious! Nothing like that, just normal overall.However, the price is high.Did they cut corners because they left it to the chef?The time limits for the shops and public baths are too short,Towels for swimming in the pool are not allowed to be taken out of the room, and must be rented out for a fee.I only enjoyed breakfast.I felt that this hotel was made up of just breakfast and a beautiful view of the sunset.

Stayed here for 2 nights.There is also a large public bath.For dinner, we ordered BBQ on the terrace.In the evening, the night breeze is coolEverything was deliciousI'm very satisfied. It was quite large so I couldn't finish it all.After dinner, by the poolIt was cool, but it felt very good.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. In the middle of our conversation, the receptionist (who may have been wearing glasses) suddenly had such a bad attitude that I thought he was a psychopath. Fear. It's a shame because I wanted to end my trip to Kumejima with happy memories. I won't repeat it.

Stayed here during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. I chose this place because it was said to be the best on Kumejima.The staff were very relaxed as there were hardly any people staying there.There are no hotel staff either.I had to check in by myself, but I had to find a staff member.I guess the selling point is that it doesn't really do anything.It was a service that could not do anything here.The BBQ is also not worth the price.Since 80% of places where you can eat out are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, I had no choice but to make a reservation for BBQ.There are other customers right next to me...I'm making them disinfect and wear masks.I thought that was a contradiction.I'm sure you're working hard to maintain your company, but how about stretching yourself a little more and making it more beautiful?It's a shame because it has an old and dark feel.It's a very nice islandIt's worth going if they can improve it.Not recommended for those who are used to overseas resorts.Hatenohama, which I booked through the hotel, was amazing.

On my first trip to Kumejima, I stayed at Cypress Resort Kumejima.The room is clean and has an ocean view where you can see the sunset beautifully.The infinity pool, which my daughter loves, is beautiful, and the Kumejima Airport runway is just beyond the pool, so kids will love being able to see planes landing.There is also a shower by the pool, so it's recommended for the tropical atmosphere.The luxurious breakfast buffet was also delicious.I was considering other hotels, but I'm really glad I chose this hotel.

I'm very disappointed.The exterior looks like a resort, and the sunset view from the pool was very beautiful.The food was also very delicious! !However, the shop is only open for two hours each morning and evening, and the pricing is outrageous, so I think it's best not to buy souvenirs here.I bought awamori for 3,500 yen, but the exact same product was sold at another store for 1,640 yen.When comparing the prices of the exact same product, the hotel sells it at the highest price, but other stores sell it at the lowest price.The pricing is also a mess.My child bought this as a souvenir for his family, and when he found out about this, he was very depressed.I thought it was a mistake and when I inquired, I was told that it was not a mistake because the selling price varies depending on the store.Please check the market price again and reset the price.The bathrooms in the guest rooms are full of mold and dust, and the floor of the public bath is very dirty and slimy.The view, pool, and food were amazing.I think everything else could be improved.There were no shops or hotels nearby, so I felt like people were watching my feet.

There is no convenience store nearby, so I would like them to increase the number of items in the store.It would be nice to have a convenience store with cosmetics etc.It might be better for restaurants to be family-oriented or tourist destination-oriented rather than luxury-oriented.It would be nice to have Okinawan food for a little cheaper.The pool is easy to use and the showers always have hot water, making it easy to wash diving equipment. As long as you don't have to choose where to dry it, you can do it anywhere.The room was clean and comfortable with a great view.The quiet atmosphere was relaxing.Good for a relaxing hotel stay.Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of menus, but I couldn't figure out the directions clearly, so I wandered around while eating the buffet. It would be nice to have easy-to-understand instructions. I also thought it might be easier to carry if there was a tray.Overall it was a nice hotel.

Best hotel 🙆When you enter, you will find yourself in a stylish space, with a terrace in front of you, a pool full of tropical atmosphere in the back, and the sea in the back.There is a large public bath on the second floor, and there are two free massage chairs at the entrance.When you sit in the massage chair, you can see the children playing in the pool, and beyond that is the sea ✨The room had 4 beds so that the whole family could spend time together, and of course there was an ocean view ✨ The sunset from the balcony was the best 💮Dinner was delicious with a variety of dishes using Okinawan specialties and Kumejima's famous tiger prawns🦐😆After the meal, I wanted to spend some adult time🍸 at the night pool until 9pm, but the dinner was delicious and I ate too much, so I swam breaststroke and was in no mood😅The sea in front of me is rocky, so I don't feel like I can swim, and I'm disappointed that I can't see any colorful tropical fish😢However, the hotel also accepts reservations for the "Hate no Hama Tour" 😊Definitely go to Hatenohama 😊Breakfast was a buffet, but it had a lot of variety and was delicious, so I ate too much from the morning 😆Also, the breakfast buffet included sparkling wine 🍾, so I couldn't help but toast with my husband 🥂The staff made me feel welcome and I had a fun trip to Kumejima💃I will go again🙋

The rice was delicious. If the sea in front of you was a sandy beach, there would be nothing to say. It is dangerous to walk barefoot even at high tide. There weren't many staff, probably because it was an eco-friendly operation, but it didn't bother me. The infinity pool was also nice. There's nothing around and it's far from the nearest town, but it's walkable from the airport and the facilities are clean. Since there are no city lights, you can see the Milky Way clearly at night.

I booked this hotel because it seemed like the best hotel on Kumejima, but it was a disappointing stay.I wanted to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Kumejima for the first time, but I was constantly frustrated because there were no hotel services. The atmosphere of the actual hotel is completely different from the posted photos, and I chose the hotel based on Google reviews, but it was not reliable at all, so I would like to see the hotel improve. I will write it with all my heart.⚫︎Cleaning is not thorough, there is dust in various places and I feel bad⚫︎There is only one towel in the hotel, everything else is paidBeach towels also available for a fee⚫︎No support such as moving suitcases or guiding you into the room.⚫︎The hotel only has air conditioning in the rooms, and there is no air conditioning in the hallways, making it very hot when moving around.⚫︎We definitely do not recommend hotel BBQs.It costs 6,000-9,000 yen per person, but it's a hot place outside and there's no air conditioning. Small public park-level plastic tables and chairs for camping? ? A low-level stove is placed next to the table.When it comes to drinking water and rice, you have to stand in a small space and take care of it yourself every time.The staff do nothing and are absorbed in idle chatter.The food doesn't taste good, and the stove... The fire went out and it wouldn't burn, so I left without eating much. I complained to the staff and reception, but there was no response. 26,000 yen for 4 people... I go there when there are no direct flights to Okinawa. There's a pool and the sea is right in front of you, so the location is great.However, there is nothing on Kumejima itself, so 2 nights is tough.I was very satisfied because I was able to play in the pool even after checking out.

For those of us who like to do different things, we went island hopping in Okinawa to Kume Island, which takes 3 hours by boat, and stayed at Cypress Resort. With expectations and fears, everything turned out to be as expected, Kume Island was wonderful and beautiful, and Cypress Resort was amazing in this life. You must come here once. A thousand words can be said in the photos.PS. The service from the big brother at the counter who can speak Chinese is great. Give him 5 stars👍

I stayed at Cypress Resort Kumejima on Kumejima. It had the atmosphere of a resort hotel, and I especially enjoyed the pool, which was very clean. The sea was beautiful from a distance and looked great in photos, but when you got closer it was a little muddy. Still, the overall atmosphere of the resort is great.The only thing that was a little disappointing was the price of drinks at the restaurant. I was surprised to find that beer was extremely expensive at 1,000 yen, and oolong tea was priced at 600 yen. Therefore, you need to be a little careful about what you drink when you eat.On the other hand, the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access from the airport, about 10 minutes by taxi. When visiting Kumejima for travel or business, the transportation was smooth and helpful. Overall, it's a facility that you can enjoy as a resort, and if you pay a little attention to the price, I think you can have a comfortable stay. If I have a chance, I would like to visit again.
